The staff is friendly and helpful, and the nonjudgmental patrons are diverse in age, body type, race, and gender; unfortunately some people choose to sit on the equipment, texting for extended periods of time. Also, the bathrooms have plumbing issues with toilets frequently clogged with tissue.

Cheap, cheerful, and very dirty. I like this gym and the people who go there. All shapes and sizes and ages and colors. Everyone is nice, and it's not too crowded. Unfortunately it's very dirty in there. Every morning I see a guy cleaning the treadmills, but that is all they clean. Look up - dirt and dust all over the vents and ducts. Look at your elliptical - really gross. I've added some pictures.

I have been coming here for the last 2 years and training with alexi! She is the absolute best pushes me to my goals! And I'm so proud of her she is the new general manager there! It's truly the change that location needed! Since she has taken over running the gym it's been so clean, and the staff is so nice. And now that she's moved up from training she set me up with a trainer she knew would be a perfect fit for me. Now I'm seeing Steven, he trains slightly different then what I'm used to but i think it's the change i needed!

Joined in October 2023. Wish I could get out of my contract. They are too cheap to turn the air conditioner on to a tolerable temperature to exercise. The air is heavy and suffocating in the Thousand Oaks location. The manager says they cannot adjust it as mandated by corporate. If the HVAC system is not running enough, there is also more exposure to airborne viruses. It is just not a good environment to work out in. Hopefully this review saves someone else from getting locked into a contract not realizing the conditions.

Great place!!!!! I signed up my whole family a year ago. Trenton and the rest of the front desk staff are amazing. Alexi the manager took the time to personally help me sort an issue out with my membership. The gym s extremely clean and Alexa has her staff smiling. They are incredible, knowledgable and helpful. My daughter trained with Rachel and she was very attentive and knowledgable. Great job Fit 19.

GO TO A DIFFERENT GYM - SCAM ALERT! They make it impossible to cancel your membership. They will tell you one thing, insure you that your membership will be cancelled, but then continue to charge your credit card. We have been going through this cancellation cycle for months! Do yourself a favor and go to another gym that can be trusted. This place smells bad and they don't run the air conditioning. This place will be out of business soon because of their unethical business practices!!

I started back to the gym in late June 2023. They have plenty of cardio machines, lots of weights. I good variety of weight machines. It is clean and the people are very nice, lots of trainers.

Not too busy. I use 11 different machines every session and never wait for more than 1. Usually no wait at all. Tanning, Red light therapy & Water massages are unbeatable add ons. Tanning booths work well too, I use them twice a week and never go above 7min because they are strong.

It’s alright good starter gym, people are cool, staff is awesome, princess are great for the gym you get .

They make it impossible for you to cancel your membership, then they charge you $70 annual fee. They are a sh#tty establishment.

This is an incredible gym with some of the friendliest and most professional employees! Zach the manager has helped me out a lot since signing up and I’m happy I chose this gym to go to. Definitely recommend!

Totally take advantage. They tell you it is a one year membership and then they automatically charge your card $50 fee again the next year without any notice. I called the day they charged me and the manager Zak Ruhr refused to reverse the fees. When you ask to speak to his boss he says that the people above him are not able to speak anyone. Clearly I am not the only one this happened to. Very unethical.

I mean it's a fine gym, has basically everything you need. Can get pretty crowded so sometimes you have to wait to use things. But ultimately I just wish they would turn on the air conditioning :( it's so hot and humid in there

Cheyenne is a very professional associate. She really simplified the entire sign on experience and answered any questions I’ve had so far. Aside from that she is incredibly friendly and easy going. She always makes sure members come first.
