Kevin Cvitanov provided me with great customer service. He was patient, informative, and kind. He took the time to explain everything to me so that I would fully understand my options. Scheduling was a nonissue. In person or zoom are both options. I also had a pleasant experience with Nancy Chappell. I would definitely recommend this team.

I had several calls with Nancy and Kevin and both provided me with excellent customer service. They are patient, kind, informative and understanding of the potential that not everyone is super well versed in the world of finances. They make explanations clear & user-friendly. The are time efficient, and also very effective.

Excellent customer service! Our consultant Brandon Fleming was stellar. He answered all of our questions, explained all our options, and did the whole thing with a smile. The environment is friendly and modern, and there was free coffee/water also. Overall, speedy and quality service.

Long wait to fill out forms… even though we called ahead to say we were coming in to fill out the forms. No one can seem to find the forms…so far I am not impressed with the efficiency of this office.

Called Fidelity. spoke to Mr Chinh. he made an appointment for us for October 3rd with Justin. the purpose was to open a brokerage account via our family trust and make investments. went to Fidelity on the 3rd...Justin was apparently not given the purpose of our visit so we started the process. paperwork, copies of necessary parts of the trust and long wait as he wanted us to talk to an advisor as he did not have answers for some of our questions. We did not get the opportunity to speak to an advisor, they were busy. We were told it would take up to 3 working days to get an email acknowledgement of our account and could begin sign in from home, fund the account and begin a great experience with Fidelity. Nothing from Fidelity. I called Fidelity on the 13th and spoke to Brandon. he was able to locate our paperwork, but no account in our name or in the name of the trust. He was going to resubmit our information. it is now the 18th @ 4pm and no email or call from Fidelity...nothing. now I am afraid our information is out in the ether, unsecured and unknown where it went. we also submitted our information to Capitol One savings account, via fax (from home) and received verification that the acount was moved to the trust...total time...2 days.On 10-19 I received a phone call from a lady that said she was from Fidelity. She said that she was following up on our request and the office in Westlake had sent over incomplete paperwork. I asked her what she needed and apparently she needed all our information. It felt like a fishing scam. I told her to contact the Westlake office and get the information from them. I now wonder if our paperwork has been allowed to be compromised by that office. Additionally, no one from the office has called us...nothing...

Took my $31k for 2 $15k acts. Had no problem with a p.o.box when they took money. Then frozen my money after they already cashed check 10 days ago. Questionable if tomorrow's going to be a day of hiring an atty or getting the 8k I need for roof replacement out of my $31k. Will post again, and every day I can't access my account.

I recently rolled over my Northrop Grumman 401K to an IRA, I chose my own allocation mix though was urged very strongly by Fidelity that they should manage my accounts. I've learned on my own that fees cost you much. I alsos went through process of utilizing NUA (Net Unrealized Appreciation) with my Northrop Grumman stock. I'm glad that Fidelity suggested this, it really does save you on taxes when you sell your stocks, but be warned Northrop Grumman sends your stocks to Computershare and your stocks sit there until you take action yourself. Unfortunately Fidelity didn't tell me that, and it felt like all my Northrop Grumman stocks dissapeared! I kept calling Fidelity and Computershare after they sent a statement and only because I personally took personal responsibility to find my lost treasure did I find a way from by asking Fidelity for the exact number of the Fidelity group that could tell me how I could help them do what they should have done. I had to wait on hold for a long time, but was able to transfer from account to the Fidelity account we created for the NUA purpose that for nearly a month was showing a zero balance waiting for my Northrop Grumman stocks to show up! This is the reason for 2 stars. I was told a good game but this left a very bad taste. Hopefully after I sign the paperwork to transfer and drop it off in this Westlake office, and I see my funds where they should be, will I turn the page and maybe update this review in the future. The process frankly sucked!

More than lengthy wait for a person to answer the phone who then was not able to help me and was going to transfer me to someone else. At 86 years of age, I decided I was not going to live long enough to handle another wait. Thank goodness I have another bank.

Very helpful, but you gotta be a self starter. And self motivated - this Princess can save herself. No hand holding required

This investment place isn’t my favorite. It’s been hit or miss and when it comes to investing my money I need something more solid and reliable.
