Nice big store with many employees there. Not very helpful, did not have a bicycle shipping box, attempted to sell me a $50 TV box. No thanks.

My FedEx experience has been miserable. We paid for Pack and Ship service. My item was demolished by FedEx enroute to Austin. FedEx Austin said it was because the item wasn't packaged properly. FedEx Claims has been a total nightmare. I've provided everything Claims has asked for. They keep jerking me around for "more information." But, I can't talk to a responsible person. No one calls me back as agreed to. There doesn't seem to be any one person who is responsible for dealing with me. The item never made it to its destination. It was returned to me (the shipper). I can't get the shipping charges refunded. I can't get the Pack and Ship charges refunded. Claims says those charges are the stores responsibility; the store says it is Claims responsibility.The customer support 800 number is worthless. My problem can't be dealt with with an automated response system and it won't put me through to a person.

Well I was in need of printing paper that I use for Scripts and Lyric writing.. I have been a Kinkos user since the early 2000's across the USA. I looked up online and followed my maps. I know the area.. because a friend lives over there. I took the rear entrance..which is between an alley,a storage facility for RV owners and a huge parking lot ". Im not a fan of the speed bumps..?. There is an entrance in the rear..this location is really expansive. I've never seen a location this big in Southern California. The last time I saw a Kinkos -Fed Ex this large was in Orlando, Florida. THIS location has everything..I chose my selection and paid $7.00. Honestly that's inflation for you friends. Next time Office Max or order from Amazon. I included pictures.. I was happy with my purchase..but I would have preferred to pay 5.00. Covid 19 really created a wreck in price gouging across the Globe.

I needed a passport photo so I came to this business. Great customer service, very polite and helpful. I was in and out in 5 minutes. Highly recommend.

On Friday evening Jan 6th, got to FedEx just before 6Pm on Thousand Oaks Blvd an hour before closing at 7pm. I needed two presentation decks printed and spiral bound to be shipped for a Texas delivery on Monday. SAUL expedited my order as LINDSEY answered all of my additional questions making me feel confident my materials would get to their destination on time. Saul and Lindsey were great!!

I made a mistake printing and it cost me a lot of money. I discussed the mistake with the clerk who was busy shredding paper and was all alone. She basically told be I should have known what would happen to my job based on size of document. Although I had been printing with no problem until then. Basically she told me I was stupid and let her know "where to find the size button if I continued to be ignorant of the machine operation.

Went to ship a returns box today. the agent named Danni, in the store refused to scan the box as it was labelled UN3373 on the premise that she is not allowed to touch it. Asked me to drop of the box into out going drop box. I told her that I needed a receipt since it was a return of a glucose monitoring sensor and she can scan it without touching the box.Answer was still "NO". loud and firm "NO". I asked if there was a written policy by FedEx on this and the reply was again "NO".Her solution was t take a picture of yourself dropping the package in the box, LOL!!I left the FedEx center and later called the FedEx Customer service where I was told that She is in fact allowed to accept that type of box with ability to scan and provide with a receipt. I added Danni on a merged call with the FedEx Customer Service agent when she when told that she was wrong still refused to accept it. Still tried to pivot that I caused disruption there.I think the main thing I disrupted was her unscheduled break, LOL.really terrible Customer service!!! just terrible .......

I needed to return a product and I was able to email the return label to a FedEx email address so I didn't even need to print it at home. Cameron was super helpful and polite, printed the label, and packaged it up for me!

Awesome! Convenient and friendly. Went in to print out my passport application .. easy peasey Took a passport photo .. easy peasey Very friendly ladies helping out. Highly recommend

The employees said that the shop's internet either never works at all or works at a very slow pace. The employees are friendly and courteous but don't seem to know how anything works. It took over 2 hours to print a 2-page document from my email. I paid $2.00. I went there only because my printer wasn't working that day and I needed to print something urgently. The 2-hour delay made it impossible for me to get my work done that day. I will never go back to this shop. I strongly advise against using this shop for printing needs, especially if you need something printed quickly.

Jeust dealt with probably the most incompetent employee your guys have ever had with the IQ of a 3 yr old. First off there was no a single customer in the store and he refused to resize an image for me telling to come back tomorrow or in 2 hrs for someone else to do it. I should have you guys hire my dog because he could do a better job than the the workers you have there

I've been so happy with my print jobs from the this Fed Ex / Kinko's location. We printed invitations from an Etsy design for my daughter's birthday party, as well as a couple large posters for another party. The turnaround time is so quick, and the print quality is great. The staff is friendly and helpful. I will definitely come here for my next print job.
