I recently had the misfortune of visiting the FedEx print shop, and I must say, it was one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever encountered. From the moment I walked in, it was clear that the employees couldn't care less about helping customers. They were far too busy chatting amongst themselves to notice or assist anyone needing help.
When I finally managed to get someone's attention, I was met with a dismissive attitude and unhelpful responses. It was as if I was inconveniencing them by asking for assistance with a basic print job. The lack of professionalism and basic courtesy was astounding.
To make matters worse, the employees seemed to lack any sense of urgency or efficiency. Instead of focusing on their work, they continued their personal conversations, making the wait time unnecessarily long. It was evident that customer satisfaction was the least of their concerns.
I left the FedEx print shop feeling incredibly frustrated and disappointed. The unhelpful staff and their general lack of caring made it clear that customer service is not a priority at this location. I would strongly advise anyone considering using their services to look elsewhere. Save yourself the headache and find a print shop that actually values its customers.

I came in to scan our old estate planning documents prior to updating our trust. Chase was one of 2 employees working today. He was so kind, professional and helped me scan hundreds of pages quickly. I ended up breaking their only scanner so I couldn't complete my scanning but he was so wonderful, patient and kind even though I took up a ton of his time. I truly appreciated his effort. He is an excellent employee who should receive at least a verbal appreciation.

I went here to ship a simple package. I walked up to the cashier. He began helping me, and then stopped and started sorting through other packages. I waited for about five minutes until I spoke up and said that I was in a rush, the cashier, then proceeded to say yeah I know, but I have to scan these in right now, there were two other people behind me waiting in line.I will not be coming back here as their cashiers clearly do not understand customer service or priorities

Our nonprofit uses this Fedex location on a daily basis. The customer service is impeccable and the team members are super helpful and kind.

Professionalism 5 Stars, Courtesy 5 Stars, Kindness 5 Stars, Karla gets my Outstanding person of the year award for helping me with a challenging print project today. It's awesome when a stranger ( this was my first visit ) helps with an unusual request without regard to the bottom line and just simply goes for it! Thank you Fed Ex, thank you Karla, you are terrific!

I ordered 5 canvas prints online. But the way I cropped the images meant I would lose part of the image to wrapping around the sides of the canvases. I did not have the ability to re-crop the original images, but I was able to email the originals to Karla Trinh at FedEx. She took them and re-cropped them so that the complete image that I'd originally sent was on the front of the canvas and the remainder of the image wrapped around the sides.It would have been a lot easier for Karla to blur the image around the sides, but because the sides of these canvases will be in full view, I really wanted the original image to continue wrapping around the sides. I know this was a lot of work for Karla, but I'm grateful for her time because it really made a difference in our living room. Thank you!

I just had this business print a large format print on their HP, black ink, basic bond paper. Source file was a clean PDF, outlined text, almost 100% vector art. The print came out very poor almost all of the text is completely illegible. All the vector art came out squiggly and garbled in the print, which affected the legibility of all type below 20. Checked the source file and the source file is clean -- not the issue.Unfortunately the staff could not understand what went wrong and could not offer a solution except "try again". With no time to spare I had to accept and pay for an almost useless print. I will not be back.

Really great helpful staff..small store though, only 1 copying machine where rude entitled people hog it up, but the staff helps you out if they know people are being rude & disrespectful and will copy your paperwork for you if they have to.
