Outstanding service and parts that simply stated have never failed. Have you ever burned twice the labor because the part was sh-t? Never with Fastundercar.

If you should use the Newbury Park branch of this auto supply store beware!! By far the rudest office manager that you could ever imagine it dealing with who would come out and yell at a customer for not parking against the white curb because her lazy employees don't want to have to walk from across the little driveway to get to the office. I've never experienced such poor customer service and customer value anywhere before in my life. So if you're going to use the Newbury Park location think again and go anywhere else inside fast undercar or to even AutoZone who have the same prices and much nicer people to deal with than that hideous Beast.

The rather large blue employee is just an incompetent as she is illiterate, her questionable "business sense" is only augmented by the questionable inability to decifer between priorities. Honestly has got to be the WORSE case scenario, and I do want to acknowledge that sometimes people may have or may be having a bad day or their consumed with personal demons to such a variant degree that they loose the ability to delineate between professionalism and ego driven self gratification.

None the less, when a vehicle is having some form of malfunction it should not be as a suprise to an employee despite their clear inability to "act" like an employee or at the very least be functioning as a representative of that company and conduct themselves with any quantifiable ammount if decency or self respect. This was such a horrendous experience because their are 2 small individualized noxious interaction and then a building wide barrage of harassment that then came to pass. First my transmissions reverse had began to fail and in the interest of not wanting to inconvienance others with my vehicles current malfunction I elected to get to business about 20 min before they opened and since it cannot back up I parked across 2 spots in front of the business yo be in and out and out of the way. This beast of a woman covered in tattoos comes to my window and says, " can't you read the sign this is for my employees to park" so I retorted that there is no sign posted or markings indicating that these spots were reserved for employees. To which she replied that the curb is Green and that in the state of California that means employee parking. Correcting her with ignorance of this clearly public and accessible information that green curbs indicate a fixed time temporary parking situation such as a 10 min to couple hours. She said okay and then turned around and went inside while i moved my vehicle across the parking lot parked and then proceeded to walk up into the business as I was doing such 4 men came out and 3 of them confronted me about them having to potentially park in other spots rather than in their spots by the front door, the 4th got into a car and drove over to mine to tell my friend who was with me that they and I have a lot of nerve making them park and walk into work. After walking away from the men i approached the counter and before i even said anything about my car the man tels me "we don't have the part, I said i haven't even told you what j was looking for and then he said it didn't matter they didn't have it at all, period! So as I'm now frustrated i walk over to the large woman's desk and tell her I'm going to take my business elsewhere and it was unnecessary to escalate things to this degree as I am leaving this younge guy with a beard comes out and yells f#@k you were trying to run a business here. These people are absolutely useless and couldn't find class even in a school, probably too busy looking for the fish
