I've been going to Fast Fix for years. Xavier and Jose have been unfailingly polite and helpful any time I needed services. Those have ranged from standard battery replacement, to Eco-Drive cells in my Citizen watch to an entirely new unit for a wall clock, to ring sizing. In fact, I can't think of a situation where they have not at least provided me with a solution to whatever issue I bring into them. They also have a nice selection of watches and some unique jewelry. They are a standout small business in our community that deserve the positive reviews that get on Google (that are by far in the majority here and on Yelp).

I did not physically go there but Google maps is asking me to rate it anyway.The gentleman that answered the phone was very helpful. He could have been just cut and dry and hang up but he was helpful and gave me options. I would recommend this place to anyone he seemed very honest

Came in with a broken watch, the owner took a look at it, opened it up, cleaned it up a little bit and gave it a bit of oil and handed it back working and didn't even charge me for it. I will remember that and next time I need a watch battery or repair I know where I will be taking my business

Came in for a ring resizing and was told it would take 3 days to be completed. When I came back 5 days later my ring was still not finished and they could not find the ring. After locating the ring a few days later I was told that it would be another 3 days to be finished. When I picked up the ring the mesh lining on the inside came un soldered and they refused to fix unless I paid for the service. Aside from the fact my ring was damaged while sizing, the employee Jose, was rude to myself and my wife and blaming us for the damage although in 6 years I have never had an issue with the ring until it came into this shop for sizing.

I left my 14kt gold ring size down, with pick up Wednesday 12/27/23. Jose was rude when I dropped it off. He was even more rude on 12/27/23 12:45pm when I went to go pick it up. After waiting behind a customer for 20 minutes, Jose said My ring was not ready in a very rude way. He said he hasn't had time to work on it. I showed him the receipt with 12/27/23 pick up date but he didn't care and said to come back the next day. I went back the next day Thursday 12 noon and the shop was closed. I called the number all it did was ring. I finally got hold of the owner 12/28/23 2pm He so rudely said the shop doesn't open until 12:30 on Wednesdays. I have a picture of the store front, there are no posted hours. The website says the store is open 11am except Sunday's at 12. As of 4:35pm 12/28/23 the owner has not been able to locate my ring. When I called back to see if he had found my ring he rudely said he already talked to me and has not had time to find my ring yet and that I was supposed to wait for him to call me back. I asked him to please look for the ring while I was on the phone and he hung up on me instead. Super rude, not worth the wait. Very unprofessional. Will update if they ever call me back and if I can even ever retrieve my ring.

Recently got a hold of a gift for a dear friend, and I didn't realize the chain had a bent link. The owner took a quick look and had me on my way in minutes. Would recommend to anyone, 10/10 outstanding work!

I can't say enough good things about Jose. Very nice and great customer service. Fixed my wife's jewelry in about 20 minutes. Needed to solder a keepsake charm. Looked brand new after it fixed was cleaned. Cleaned all her jewelry for free. You hardly find customer service anymore. 10 out of 10

Just got my watches back went in for a new battery complementary new battery and service clean. Appreciative and grateful for the customer service that Jose provided. Also went out to get an engraving done came out amazing super satisfied. Thank you.

Came in for a battery replacement on my Bering. Jose took care of me right away as a walkin customer. He said 20 mins and it was done in 10. Best place for watches and jewelry!!!
