This company has a great application for sleep study, very easy to use and accurate. Customer service is perfect! Jackie Salazar is VERY knowledgeable and patient. She spent hours with me on the phone explaining everything I needed to know to have successful tests. Great experience! Definitely a 5 star experience!

I work at a sleep apnea clinic and EZ Sleep is my favorite testing vendor to use. Everyone at the company cares about your patients, you can tell it isn't about the money for them. They genuinely look to help every patient that they interact with and regularly go above and beyond to make the process as easy as possible for them. Our rep, Elizabeth, does an extremely good job of following up with patients who are having trouble scheduling and involving the doctor in the process. A few other honorable mentions would be Sara, Jorge, and Jackie. Everyone offers to help no matter who you reach when you call. I would also like to mention that the late CEO, Keith Woods, always did a wonderful job with our office and our patients. He personally reached out and handled any issues we had and I have had multiple patients say that they spoke to him and he resolved their issue. The most involved CEO I have ever interacted with. ZERO STARS. Garbage. A sham. Shady business practice. Overcharging. I could go on and on! I'm so bummed my dentist referred me to them. I've alerted her to their less than acceptable business practices so she doesn't refer any of her other patients. They got a complain from my dentist about what happened and they told her they'd reverse all the extra charges... almost $1k In extra charges mind you.... I've yet to see that happen. As a matter of fact they just charged my account again a few days ago let alone reverse anything. Ugh, it's businesses like this that make consumers skeptical and jaded. DO NOT DO BUSINESS, find another company to work woth please.

I received my home sleep apnea test from here. Great experience, device was easy to wear, goes on your forehead. Completed my sleep study on first night. Results sent back to my doctor in 2 days later. Staff was friendly & knowledgeable. I Highly Recommend.
