The lady in the front was very rude and unprofessional. Asked too many questions even though I explained everything to a prior rep, and got mad for no reason.
I will never give my business at this location!

The Dunn Edwards paint and paint color consulting service was helpful in making our final selections for what to put onto our house. We were able to tell our painting contractor what exact colors to get. That was a much better approach than choosing a house color from postage stamp sized samples from a big box store. Hopefully, we won't need to do any more painting for many years, but when we do, we will use Dunn Edwards again.

Picking out paint colors is difficult and challenging.
Working with an expert and doing it in the Thounsand Oaks Dunn Edwards paint store makes it enjoyable and fun.Asia Shapiro is easy to work with and knows her stuff. I highly recommend both the store and Asia.

It's such a nice place to shop. Great selection, friendly people willing to help in any way they can AND who also really know their stuff. We visited today and were helped by John and Veronica. They were able to answer all of our questions and then some. Even when we returned with more issues, they took their time to get exactly what we wanted. I highly recommend this brand of paint and especially this location.

Veronica and Johnny were so very helpful throughout these past few months helping us with updating house colors for our homeowner's association. Zanna was extremely helpful and patient. It was July 3rd and many, many customers were in the store. She was the only person in the front of the store. She was kind and made sure every person felt they were being taken care of. Her calm demeanor made everyone comfortable. I was buying samples and she was nice enough to tell me about the special where you get paint brushes and sample paint sheets for a really great inexpensive deal.Zanna is very knowledgeable about the paints and helpful in every way. Great customer service.

I recently visited the store several times as I decided on exterior paints for our 2-story home. I received helpful advice on new colorful paints from the friendly young woman at the main desk. Without her help, I would not have seen this exciting collection. I can't thank the Pro Color Specialist, Michelle, enough for her friendly, expert consultation which resulted in our using these paint colors for our home. We love the look of our home and know from experience that these Dunn- Edwards paints will last a long time.

Brian is a hero! He and Michele helped me to color match a sample that will be used to stain shelves in my home. I wanted to get the shelves to match or complement my flooring, which is not a natural or typical color. Michele recommended a color and Brian went back and forth, trying different techniques and formulas to make the match. It felt like a team effort and like they were truly committed to helping me achieve the look. They are true artists and, both, were so easy and pleasant to work with. They made my day!

I came here hoping to get some insight on different paint types, finishes and maybe help with color etc but the person working rambled off everything really fast and kept saying it's up to me.... ok but I want help, that's why I'm trying to ask you questions... it's not helpful to tell me it's up to me. I think maybe the girl working here is either really stressed out or on something. I felt very rushed here both times I came in with the same person working there. Weird vibes. I tried to get her to help me a bit more by asking more specific questions, but the whole time it was as if she had so much other stuff to do and couldn't wait to be done with me and move on. Another lady who I think does design consults chimed in and I felt much more helped by her. Maybe I had too high of hopes but I was hoping to leave even more excited & inspired to paint not stressed out.

I bought paint from Dunn-Edwards for my baby girl's nursery and I am so in love with it already. I had a design consultation with Michelle and she did a fantastic job helping me pick out this color! The color of the nursery turned out better than I could have ever imagined. I will definitely come back for other projects!

We have used Dunn Edwards many times over the years. Recently we did a large remodel which required all new paint. They did a great job with paint selection, helping us choose a white for our walls (VERY HARD CHOICES!!!) and a sheen. Products were limited, but they worked with us. We went with Dove white for walls and simply white for trim. Moreover, they gave us many samples as they work with our painters frequently. Always a quality and consistent product!

Excellence every time - friendly, knowledgeable and the newer guys work hard to get to where the seasoned employees are. Especially love working with Veronica and Cheyenne! They have a fabulous colorists you can meet with for free too!
