They’re not open when they say they are open. It says they open at 8am, it’s 8:30 and the store is not open. There’s 4 or 5 of us who were waiting.Update: It’s 8:45, 10 of us total now have tried to shop. The doors still are not open. Don’t waste your time.Update 2: Up to 15 of us. Ridiculous.

First time coming to this Dollar Tree today. I had a good impression at first. It wasn't until later. So I had given specific directions to a hispanic lady with black hair to place some items on hold for me. She said don't worry I'll have them here when you come back. Came back to make my purchase and she told me someone else had put my items back. What upsets me is that it took me a while to pick these small items just for someone to get rid of them. They could have at least waited an hour before closing time to put them back. Terrible experience. ????

Lots of great items and they seem to be pretty stocked and organized most of the time. More often than not however, are lines that can get pretty long as there’s typically one register open. That being said, it’s not usually too long of a wait.

This is the nearest dollar tree near me I love coming here but there’s an employee that doesn’t like her job & doesn’t want to help I went to buy all the balloons on display it was about $200 & she just said I couldn’t get them cause it was gonna ruin her display will not shop here again .

Not many people complain about "The Dollar Store".....but We've been shopping at this one for a number of years & they never have enough checkers. We just returned from there ....At around 3:30 we got in a line of about 5 people and in a short time it grew to over 15 or so behind us. The line was going very slow..but only one checker.....everyone was grumbling FINALLY two people (man & woman) came out of the office & ambled over to a checkout stand... they saw the long line but just kept on talking...so my wife went over to the man & asked if he was opening...he said "In a few minutes!" in a nasty way! So she came back. Finally he turned on the light so we went over ...he was acting like all the customers put him out...the women with him went back to the office & closed the door...she was helping No Body!!! So the man started checking us out when a young woman & her boyfriend just walked over & put their stuff down behind us......Immediately people waiting in the long line started screaming...so the next man who was behind us came over & told them "there's a long Line over there & you just can't walk up here ....& cut in!" The Man checker who was helping us was just staring ....finally he told the man to go back to the long line.....Then we chimed in.."He was next in line". ...finally the checker told the girl she had to go wait behind everyone. This Checker was just mad because he had to come out of the office to help..he had a bad attitude & didn't say anything to us. I'm sorry we broke up his nap but he won't see us again!

Dollar Tree pays so little that it's only 1 cashier for a checkout line that goes down the aisle! Asked if it was a back up cashier, cashier said, hold on. nothing happened. asked again, she said it was no ph at her station to call for back up. Please pay ppl more as this place has a steady flow of business!

3rd time I come here and it's closed early w/ no store hours posted at the facility and according to the ones online it's supposed to be open all the 3 times I've attended!!! First time on a week day and the other 2 on weekends (a Monday, Friday and today being a Sunday) .Some people are friendly to be specific the African American teenager and the older caucasian female, the young gentleman has helped me out a couple times when the manager has been in the office going off on 2 employees for clock in/clock out issues... yes I heard the tea as the office right next to the register and everything could be heard. To the manager also please stay calm when you are short staff and you hear customers complaining about 1 register being open this was around Valentine's when everyone was in there last min balloon shopping.

My elderly mom went in to buy a few Christmas items & there was ONE CHECK STAND OPEN AND A LINE GOING CLEAR TO THE BACK OF THE STORE. Even if she mustered the patience to wait that long, her back wouldn't have stood a chance w/ that kind of long-term standing. Needless to say she put her things back & left. :-(
