I went in a moment to go to buy heel cups for my shoes, finding overpriced and not the brands I wanted was disappointing seems they are merely a Dr. Scholls provider so basically no other than their own personal store brand which is substandard. as I was walking up to the cashier to check out, the managers was berating the cashier from across the store, complaining that he was busy and he could not act upon her request for change in her drawer. When I brought out $100 bill the lady said I don’t have change for that and I said well that’s not my problem it’s a big company you should have change. I left the product on the shelf and walked out completely frustrated.

Been going here for years and years and years,Out of all pharmacies this one consistently has stock and provides great customer service.Reading some of these one star reviews, I do not understand. Maybe protection is all in their world. But this location consistently gives exceptional customer service for a local chain pharmacy And unfortunately I go here much too often then I would like.So to the staff at this location. Kudos to you. Don't listen to these negative reviews from others .Maybe they had a bad day.

Avoid this branch if you can. It's understaffed and the cashiers are unpleasant and not happy working there. I needed pull ups, lights, and toiletries and spent nearly a half hour waiting in line without assistance with a toddler. A female cashier who could not stand physically upright seemed encumbered by working there and has a nasty attitude. Can't blame her if employees aren't tested well and forced to stand while experiencing physical maladies. Depressing place.

This pharmacy needs to learn customer service! There are so many other places to go. The manager is always grumpy and rude!!

Update: CVS contacted me today and asked about my experience in the store. I was impressed with the response. They took time to listen and let me know that they would address the situation. --------------------------------- The pharmacy has always been great. This review is for the store. Pros: Store is clean and well organized, product selection is good, location is great next to trader joe's. Cons: The store manager was so cruel to me. I was embarrassed and upset. It was a terrible experience and I don't ever want to go to that store again. I called the number that CVS had listed at the store to complain and it is a black hole. I was disconnected twice after holding for 20 minutes and then finally got someone who opened a case but then I never heard back.

I was surprised to learn the CVS at 123 Reino Road, does NOT price match their own online products advertised on the CVS website. The female cashier seemed annoyed that I asked why not, and snapped back with, "because, we don't do that"! Stunned, I then said, "so if I wanted to save the .50 cents that you aren't willing to price match, I could order this $3.89 (store-priced) item online, save the .50 cents that way, then pay $3 for shipping, receive it in 6-7 days standard shipping, and get the discount that way"? Her reply (with attitude) was... "If you want". Saving .50 cents is irrelevant. I could care less. The fact that practically every big box store in America will price match products advertised on their OWN website (and/or a competitor's website), especially considering all that has happened in our world over the last few years, but CVS will NOT, exposes this company as greedy, petty and lazy. Shame on you, CVS. You have lost my business. And by the way, your female cashier needs immediate customer service training. Goodbye, Long time CVS customer, now shopping elsewhere.

Went into the store to buy among other things a greeting card that was age appropriate.BUT, they had blocked off that part of the greeting card aisle to seat patients receiving theCovid vaccine. The staffer wouldn't let me pass them to look for the card I was seeking, soI was forced to purchase my other products and drive up the street to the other CVS to purchase my greeting card. The stafferT the first store was rude and unapologetic. Not a very good set up as far as I could tell. Poor planning on the part of the management. I should have just gone to the other store to begin with. Won't make that mistake again....

NO STARS! The customer service is non existent at this location. The manager is snarky, and completely rude. Workers can be observed goofing around on the phones or with eachother. Two employees were in one restroom making lewd noises for a few minutes when it was brought to the managers attention she disregarded the concern stating it's an employee restroom you shouldn't concern yourself with what they choose to do in their restroom. The staff at this Newbury Park location needs retraining or to be fired! Poor representation of CVS.

This CVS is not well run. The manager has an attitude and simply does not have the ability to handle customer concerns. She started out with attitude before I could explain my concerns. The pharmacy is worse. The tech Tammy rolls her eyes, makes snide remarks, looks miserable and speaks passive aggressively behind customers backs (I've witnessed it). I will not be returning to this CVS ever again.

Shout out to David, pharmacist?? He always goes above and beyond to make sure prescriptions are filled on time and even though his job can be very demanding and stressful, He manages to smile and is always polite, whether the customer is right or not?. I hope he stays a while because the last pharmacist was really rude and had no clue about certain meds!!
