This is the worst CVS ever. The day manager, white woman with brown hair is extremely unprofessional rude and should not be a manager let alone an employee. I am horrified that someone can be hired with such tactless reckless behavior. She ripped in half a receipt that I gave to her when asking her to review the footage from the previous night because my wife accidently forgot her purchased goods at the store. I told the manager that my wife left the products and she immediately said "I don't buy the story" how dare she assume I was lying and with a receipt in my hand... it took multiple efforts of pleading to get her to agree to check the video camera. When she decided to do it I turned to the salesperson and said this is f-n crazy. She then stops turns and returns to me and rips the receipt in had and crumbles it. I lost my sh-t and threw everything on the ground. Not only did she rip up the proof that I had but she also disrespected me as a customer and human multiple times. The audacity of a manager to rip up my receipt after calling me a liar and the video footage in fact showed my wife buying the items and then leaving them. The lack of regard for humans and customers has brought me to call and complain to corporate.

I was told that CVS as better price for Medication But I told the Pharmacist that I only want one cream She answer it only $38 so I have to take themNext day I decided to return one the Manager refuseas I told him the attitude of the person did not even said sorry As the cashier not even friendly certainly not a place for me But I have to say CVS Moorpark they have being very nice

Went to pick up medication and was attended with a ride woman name Sumita. I don't know what her problem is but she shouldn't bring that to work. Didn't even know the medication I was talking about. This is why I don't go to this pharmacy.

Terrible pharmacy location. There's always an issue with managing customer needs here with lines backing up. Property management also removed all of the trash cans outside. Where are people supposed to throw away their trash? Litter the parking lot? A risk of identity theft because CVS people disregard notice to safeguard their information isn't an acceptable reason. Tell property management to change the container type for documents or put notices on the trash containers. I'd even be accepting of a large trash can being placed inside the door to discourage it. This is a clean community and the residents expect it to stay that way. If management will respond with property management contact info, I will reconsider my review.

The worst pharmacy ever!! I've been at this pharmacy for yearsEvery time they get a new pharmacist they give you a hard time !! They don't refill prescriptions per doctors ordersMy doctors office said the pharmacy at 60 N. Moorpark Road Thousand Oaks CA 91362 is the worst they are suggesting To transfer everything to Rite Aid I'm not the only one who has trouble with this pharmacy they are the worst !! so I will follow my doctors orders to leave this pharmacy , because they're horrible and they give patients nothing but trouble !!! so if your doctors office knows and has heard it from their patients , that they are awful then I will be going to Rite Aid !! The worst experience ever for years.I have had it with CVS I will no longer ever ever ever use CVS pharmacy at 60 N. Moorpark Road Thousand Oaks pharmacy and pharmacist have a God complex or some thing but they put their patients and customers last Beware! If you wanna hassle , don't get your prescriptions filled at CVS 60 N. Moorpark Road Thousand Oaks 91362 they suck thank you

I would not recommend this pharmacy. The Pharmacist is not nice at all and acts as if customers are an inconvenience. The pharmacy staff also mimic his customer service. People are there to get medication filled and some may not be feeling well, so the standoffish and down right rude behavior on the staffs part is extremely off putting.

This store needs more staff, unfortunately. The shelves are not kept up well and the pharmacy is very short staffed or slow technicians. If you go to the pharmacy after work hours, the line to pick up is an idle long. Go early in the day for faster service. This location recently started closing the pharmacy suing the lunch hour, so check their hours before to go.

The worst pharmacy ever. Staff doesn't understand the meaning of customer service. You can be standing there for 10-20 min and the staff without looking at you just growls "we'll be right with you". Medication is out of stock for weeks and they don't even bother to update you with ETA or offer you an alternative or refer to another CVS that has it.It's dirty, disorganized and it needs a manager who cares.

It’s Saturday night around 10:40 pm and they are closed. It explicitly says on their sign that they are open until 11!!!!! Guess someone decided to close early without notice.

I was on hold 44 minutes ago for 16 minutes to just get someone to pick up the phone and hang it up! I'm in Hawaii on vacation and I'm trying to get them to hold my prescription till I get back in 4 days and now I'm on hold again for the past 44 minutes! Hoping I don't get hung up on again! This is ridiculous and unacceptable! If I don't get an answer in the next 10 minutes I'm transferring to wall greens!!... 10 more minutes later still no answer! Bye cvs

Although it's pretty clean and nice inside I can't get past the fact that every single time I call the pharmacy to check on something I sit on hold for over 20 mins each time and no one ever answers the phone. I end up having to drive up there instead. I realize you guys are busy but you gotta learn how to answer the phone and provide some customer service, it's ridiculous.

The WORST and EXTREMELY rude staff. I was on hold for over 30min before someone answered. The lady was offensively rude and snappy- I only asked on status of approval of a prescription my Dr prescribed me for COVID. I asked her if they had the alternative and she hardly told me she didn't have time to look and that she had a line and was speaking as if she was going to just hang up. I asked for a supervisor and have been on hold still for 20 min. She's probably hoping I'll hang up or leave me on hold. This pharmacy already had customer service issues and never answers the phone. Unprofessional and disrespectful staff. I'm a patient too and this phone call is recorded on my phone. I was not rude in any way, just simply tried asking when I could pick up my medication or since they're out of stock, if they had the other. Extremely unacceptable.

I went in to get medication for my dad who is passing a kidney stone. Pharmacist, didn't catch his name but he was I believe middle eastern, went above and beyond to help me. Thank you!
