The coaches at CFTO are incredibly knowledgeable and passionate. The workouts are challenging yet scalable for all fitness levels.The community at the gym is also amazing - everyone is so supportive and encouraging, which makes the workouts even more enjoyable. I love the variety in the workouts and how they push me to constantly improve and push my limits.Overall, I would highly recommend CFTO to anyone looking to take their fitness to the next level. It's a great environment with fantastic coaches and a supportive community that will help you reach your goals.

CrossFit Thousand Oaks is a place where I feel legitimate joy. The environment that has been built here is always one of kindness, empathy, and community - and has helped me through some incredibly tough times. Never have I felt discouraged and week-by-week feel incredibly proud of everything I've accomplished at this gym, and can feel all the changes I've wanted to make personally blossom from all the work I've put in. The coaches here are next level good people, and are extraordinarily knowledgeable. Thank you!

There are so many things I want to say but I’ll try to keep it short. I came to CrossFit TO desperate to make a big change in my life. I was struggling with my physical health, had a couple of injuries, and on top of that I was struggling with my mental health. Due to my injuries I had gained weight, then suffered a bout of depression that really messed with me. I walked into CFTO and talked with Jeremy and he sat and listened to me ramble for a while then he basically just said look give it a shot and see how you feel. No pressure but all of the confidence! I’m so glad I gave it a shot, I’ve never been happier moving my body! I basically had never lifted a weight in my life and now I look forward to lifting all the heavy things. It really is fun and I’m never bored which is a huge plus considering I am super ADHD. All of my clothes are big on me now, I haven’t weighed myself and I don’t care to. I am stronger for being a part of this community that has been built by Jeremy and the amazing coaches here! Shout out to Sharr and Orlando! Thank you for building me up “brick by brick”

Not sure where to start but, if you want to make a change in your life and need a community to get you there this is it! I came to CrossFit TO knowing I needed to take a big step towards physical and mental health. I was nervous and SO out of shape! I talked with Jeremy for about 20 minutes and by the time I left I felt optimistic (which is saying a lot for me). My mental health has improved, my physical health has improved and I feel like I'm a part of something bigger than myself. The members are awesome and the staff is incredible!!

I’ve been a member at this gym for a few years and I can’t rave enough about the workouts and the trainers. It’s a great place to come in to learn new workout techniques and it’s not as technician as I imagined. The coaches pay attention to detail and the workouts will leave you feeling great. The workouts constantly change so it makes working out fun again. I always recommend this gym to friends.

In my youth through my 30's, I was all about the gym and getting my fitness in. At 56 yo and after years of letting myself go (and gaining a bunch of weight), I am finally trying to get my fitness journey going again. The problem has been that I have been terrified of starting again and honestly concerned that I would do something wrong and injure myself.For the last few weeks, I have been working with Jeremy at CFTO to help me re-learn some basics and start on the fitness path again. I can't say enough amazing things about Jeremy and CFTO...he took into consideration my myriad of health issues and really helped me get started. He is patient and knows just how much to push without it being too much. I am not yet ready to start with the CrossFit classes but I will be there soon! I can't say enough good things about this gym. The coaches are exceptional, the workout programming is great, and the other members are wonderful. When I joined about two years ago I was new to CrossFit and skeptical about it but had gotten bored working out in traditional gyms so I gave it a shot. The coaches were very hands on, correcting my form and providing scalings that allowed me to achieve a great workout without making me so sore I couldn't keep coming in the next day.Over time I've seen massive improvement in my abilities (though I still have a lot to learn), and have gotten not only stronger but more flexible, have much better cardio, and catch myself sometimes doing CrossFit things in everyday life like use hook grip on my grocery bags.Some things for me that made CrossFit style workouts a good match were: I enjoyed progressing towards new skills (pull ups, double unders, etc.); I liked the variety of barbell, body weight, and cardio workouts; I didn't have to plan workouts anymore; and I felt motivated to show up or I'd weirdly feel like I was "falling behind".

I didn't know what I was getting myself into when I stepped into this Crossfit gym in May of 2021, but it has been one of the best decisions of my adult life. As a father of two young boys, I was looking for routines that would help me to keep up with them and to maintain an overall healthy physique. One year later and my family and I have decided to relocate out of state to be closer to family. I was sad to say "See you soon" this afternoon, but it is my honor to write this glowing review of a masterclass facility. I truly feel blessed to have been a part of a family who cheered me on and modelled the incredible power of teamwork. The coaching staff in Jeremy, Sharr, Orlando, JP, Jimmy, Ray, and Chase are exceptional athletes and even better trainers. I always felt welcomed to show up, do some hard work, and to learn the movements alongside of my fellow athletes without judgement or fear. There is a special camaraderie here that makes you want to come back again & again even after you feel broken from a hard WOD (workout of the day). It's the people in this great gym. The available personal training sessions, massage therapy, and healthy supplements for sale are great resources, but it's the smiles & results that kept me coming back 4 to 5 times a week. The new Crossfit gym in Mason, OH will be great too, I'm sure, but Crossfit TO is irreplaceable in my mind. Congratulations on helping one more husband/father/friend to seeing the light that we call Crossfit. Thank you!

Being an affiliate coach and CrossFit athlete myself I have a very high standard for other affiliates and CrossFit Thousand Oaks knocked it out of the park. I was visiting from Omaha, NE and was welcomed warmly by the coach Jeremy and the other members of the gym attending the class as well! Jeremy coached with excitement and great knowledge, even helping with mobility problems I knew I had and giving me a stretch that I will use forever now! I would highly, highly recommend CrossFit Thousand Oaks for any CrossFit enthusiast traveling or looking for a local gym!! Thanks you guys!!

Did a drop in here while up that way for a wedding. Was very last minute which as a gym owner I know can be a bit of a hassle for coaches. However our group of 5 rocked up we were greeted by the owner and the coach. Super friendly off the bat and very accommodating. I've been doing g CrossFit for almost 10 years. Have been to boxes in Aus, Bali and the US so I've experienced a lot of different places. This box is definitely one of my top boxes. They've truly kept what CrossFit was originally intended to be. Hard workouts, great coaching and an incredibly friendly and supportive environment. Tick, tick and tick. As I mentioned the coach we had on the day was awesome. She knew her stuff, correctly a lot during the workout, which I find is becoming less frequent in occurrence and was super friendly. All the other members came up to each of us, introduced themselves and were very inviting. Couldn't have asked for me. If you're looking for a great training experience, I cannot recommend this place more highly. Thank you
