“What a great branch! Everyone I encounter here in Thousand Oaks is always so helpful and extremely knowledgeable. Especially during these uncertain times, they take everyone's safety as a top priority! I've never had an issue when visiting this branch, and if I ever did, I'm confident they'd do their very best to assist me. Perfect example! I needed a transaction done, it was Friday and I was running late. I was heading out of town for the weekend and it needed to be done that evening!! I called ahead and asked if they could help me, I arrived 5 TILL 6 and they made it happen! NOW, I'm not saying go in 5 till to do your banking haha, but just one of MANY examples of their exceptional customer service. Even under the masks, I enjoy seeing their "smiling" faces every time I visit. Keep up the great work providing the BEST banking experience in ALL of Thousand Oaks! 10/10”

“Best of the best in service and all our banking needs. You can buy a car they help locate and add on extended warranty. That goes for home loans as well as sea doors, boats, motorcycles... they have it all. You always talk with a live person at that branch!. Non profit so $ back too... BEST BANK!”
