If I could give zero starts I would. Briana has not customer service skills at all. She is so rude and unprofessional.I could’ve saved around 40$ if she’ve done her job right and explained the benefits by signing up with them.Owner needs to hire nice and kind people who likes their job!

Love this Cotton On the most out of the ones in our area!!! Manager Londyn is so passionate about what she does. You are so lucky to have her!!! Great product selection. Store was organized and clean. She was helpful and I would definitely recommend this store to others!! Go Londyn!!

Jennifer the manager is going to run this place into the ground .No manager skills what so ever and instead of trying to comprise and keep a customer she’s willing to lose a customer over a $20 return . Your the manager you can break a ticky tack return policy to keep a customer remember that Jennifer !Stay away from this place if Jennifer the manager is working . Give this place 3 months before it’s out of business

Jennifer the manager shouldn't be a manager No customer service skills or people skills what so ever . Got into an argument today with me in the store over a $20 return . And then stormed off when I was proving her points wrong . Jennifer was willing to lose a customer over a ticky tacky return policy that she was unwilling to adjust because "policy is policy" she said . Your the manager Jennifer that's why they pay you the big bucks right ??? To keepCustomers happy . Your gonna run this store into the ground with an attitude like that . Please someone out corporate reach out to me and I can tell you all about your superstar manager
