Nail products are not fulfilled as needed. Hair products are available. I'm personally frustrated as a licenced Manicurist to go in a find non avail.. Regards to the staff they are support to the industry. Thankfully we are Staying Alive through the Pandemic. ?? P.S. keep it Polished?

My experience today was bad store policy. A young woman was paying $80 for a hairdryer and the clerk said she couldn't bring it back if she opened the box and used it. But what if it didn't work. U can't bring it back. Bad policy cosmoprof

Omg can't say how unpro and impossible are these specific cosmo prof its not first time the younger one give attitude and dosnt know about products and just wants to show she knows.they need to be more careful who they hire

Every CosmoProf I've been to has the best staff! Thousand Oaks is my favorite. They have all the salon supplies I need. The constant educational events are helpful and much appreciated. Their staff always knows how each product should be used, and is glad to share the information. Keep up the good work!

Ever since Delilah the former store manager moved this store has gone down hill. They rarely have the color I need out and stocked. Took me almost two months to acquire a framesi shampoo and condioner duo for the sale price after constantly asking about when they would get it in. The new manager doesn't seem to know much about any of the color lines at all, I know there's quite a few but I'm not convinced she knows anything about the color. The employees are typically nice but I feel dress inappropriately to work in a professional establishment. For example, tank tops and see through tops with only a bra underneath is not professional attire. Many of my fellow stylists from my salon will not shop there anymore. They have complained many times of terrible customer service and unstocked shelves. I really like cosmoprof as my one stop shop so I hope things will get better.
