The staff at Conejo always greets me & my lab very warmly. My lab is very happy to be led inside. She loves the Doggy Day Care as a Senior dog.

CVVH does a great job with our dog. They are efficient and really good with her. Even when the visits involve shots and other procedures she likes going there.

Clean and pleasant waiting area. The vets are very knowledgeable and nice. They are there for the animals and they never push me on buying anything unnecessary for my pets.

Beware. They have a couple good doctors, but it's super hard for this team to definitively disgnose your dog. Last year and this year, they misdiagnosed both of my dogs, resulting in thousands of dollars in visits and medicines they did not need. One of my dogs just had a polyp that needed removal and after several months, diagnoses and medicines, one of their head doctors figured it out In 2 seconds. There was no real regard for the several visits prior she was misdiagnosed. Also... unpopular opinion... I know someone that works there who mentioned their vaccines were recently delivered over a holiday weekend and the staff let then sit outside in the scorching heat for 3 days ruining the vaccines (they must be refrigerated and/or stored in a cool environment...... they made the executive decision to NOT reorder new vaccines to rectify the mistake, but SELL the vaccines because it was worth thousands of dollars and they won't take the loss. So beware ya'll.. all your vaccines in the last 90 days were likely non effective but paid for. Dr Kelly was the best, and the place really went downhill when they changed management and dr Kelly left. Like i said . They have a couple good doctors, but the liklihood of you seeing that vet is slim to none. Always check their work if you decide to stay here.

Our 8.5lb 15 year old always comes home happy, CVVH is the only place we will have take care of all of his need's.

Took dog in for booster shots with a technician. Had a 10:45 appointment and was out within a half hour. Yippee!

I took my dog on a weekend for urgent care. The staff was kind, knowledgable, and thorough. I would highly recommend CVVH for urgent care or regular veterinary care.

Great urgent care visit, in and out under 2 hrs and I really liked Dr Lee. He was patient & gentle with my senior dog, and very thorough in explaining the options.

Administrative staff are very rude and heartless. This place use to be great but has gone very down hill and only care about how much money they can get out of you. Will not be returning and advise others to look elsewhere as well.

I can't say enough kind things about this vet hospital!! They're a bit more expensive than other vets but I'm a firm believer in you get what you pay for. Everyone at CVVH is kind and a pleasure to work with and the hospital is amazingly clean. I was sad to hear they are no longer a 24 hour "emergency" vet hospital as this was one of the reasons I chose them to care for my dogs. Dr. Ohm is fantastic and I'm so glad he is there now full time! We recently saw Dr. Salas for our new puppy's wellness exam and she was so sweet and very thorough. You cannot go wrong with CVVH, the absolute best at what they do!!
