We came here to get some uniforms for my daughter's swim team. The lady was nice and very helpful. I highly recommend this place for any swim stuffs!

Great knowledgeable owner who always takes care of our swimming needs. There aren't any places like this in Simi so we have to travel a little bit. It's worth it.

This is a great store. everyone working there is very knowledgeable and helpful. since I'm a newbie to the swim world, they were very helpful in helping my daughter figure out her swimsuit size, goggles, fins etc. incredible staff. they definitely know what they're doing.

My child's swim team uses Conejo for team suits each year. We ordered our suit and they sent the wrong suit (for a boy and not a girl). I mailed the wrong suit back to them and spent several months trying to get them to give us the correct suit that they were paid for. I finally asked for a refund which they agreed to provide but have refused to do so. My daughter had to go without a team suit this year and Conejo was happy to pocket the money.

Our child's swim team uses Conejo Swimworks to provide team suits. They sent the wrong suit and are refusing to provide the correct one. Now my child doen't have a team suit for this year to wear at swim meets. I have been patient and polite in asking them to fix their mistake for over two months and still they simply won't mail the correct suit. They took money for a product they won't provide.

I had to use the BBB to get Conejo to agree to provide a refund for a swimsuit that I paid for but never received. Even though they agreed in writing to provide a refund they never did. Literally the definition of theft.

I ordered two pairs of jammers in September, and I only received one. I called and was told that they would call me back, and they never did. I called again and was told they would find the owner and receive a phone call back, they never called. I emailed, they never responded. I called and left a message, and they never called me back. I paid for a product, and never received it. I have been dealing with this nightmare for 7 months!!! Do not order from them, you might not get your merchandise.

I wish there was a zero stars options. I have never had a business who was not responsive to customers. Never received my refund owed from July 2021. Never received merchandise ordered October 2021. Many emails, phone calls, emails with little or no response. "Being told they will talk to owner" and still no results. If you have had a good experience with them, lucky you. I guess not all customers are given the same treatment.

My main concern is the hours the store is open. The website indicates they are open from 10:00 till 6:00 and more than once I have been surprised with a hand written paper taped to the door indicating different times. I understand emergencies do happen but 3 times in 1.5 months seems excessive… I discussed this with some of swimming friends and they all have the same complaint.

Placed an order July 2021 never received merchandise ($200+). Time went by and I made the mistake to place another order in October ($100+). Spoke with someone on phone a couple times. Communicated with couple other people through email. Left voicemails. Still no refund nor merchandise. Now it is March 2022. I was patient because I understand the struggles due to covid but this is ridiculous. They do not respond to emails nor messages and the times I have gotten any reply I hear " i will talk to the owner". So is the owner the person not giving customers their refunds or merchandise? I see these positive reviews, lucky for you but some of us obviously are not provided the same service.
