I come to this place very often, the other day I found that after paying I realized that it was high pressure water, it didn't work but it was bad luck, I had never had that experience.

All the towels are sold out, and one of the machines did not say sold out so I put two dollars into it and it didn’t give me anything and it was sold out, but there was no number to call.
There was a machine on the far left that had the towel so I bought it for two dollars and it was the cheapest towel that my paint. I probably would’ve been better off with a paper towel from the kitchen.
The Actual machine leaks water from the top When you were washing your car, and will drip all over you, another one of the hoses is broken, and another money machine didn’t work and took $12 from my credit card when I tried the first time and didn’t give it back so now I have to make a claim with my credit card company.
It was honestly a terrible car wash. I’ve gone once before, and it wasn’t good, but I figured I’d try again, but I guess I walked into the screen door again never going back. And going to try to get my money back from the machine. Wish me luck because it’s probably never going to happen

I regularly come to this car wash and it’s usually been good but recently the tri foam conditioner didn’t work at all like it’s out for all of the washing bays. Disappointing also because I went to try another bay becuase I didn’t know if mine was just out or something specific to me. Basically I spent ( 12 with car and 5 in coins for another bag) 17 to rinse my vehicle. Just looking to also get a refund back for that becuase I love this place and I rather go here than in Simi because it’s so clean slow and the card reader actually works.

This has to be the worst self car wash I have used. The brush was unusable and water pressure was not much more than my home hose. The place does not look like anyone keeps up the maintain. Are you looking to sell it? I would be interested in purchasing the business.

Vacuum takes your online transactions but doesn’t work. Every bay has one or more functions that do not work. This is the worst self service car wash in the area. Would much rather go into Camarillo to a quality self service car wash.

It’s a rip off. I tapped my card 4 times total, turned machine off early twice. I somehow have 5 $12 charges now even though I didn’t even tap that many times. Subpar wash even after double washing and something (probably the conditioner or protector or whatever they’re called) left an unsightly film on my vehicle. Also, wheel cleaner didn’t get my rims clean even after two rounds of spray with the gun and additional scrubbing. For the price I paid I could have gotten it done for me and the products used would have been higher quality. Will not be returning.

Got scammed here yesterday at Conejo Car Wash Self-Services. I put two five dollar bills in the coin changer then put that $10 in the wash coin slot, nothing happened, just took my $10 and gave me nothing. There aren’t even phone numbers posted anywhere to let people know who to call when their outdated broken equipment fails & steals money.
