The Club House is not closed. They moved across the parking lot to a smaller space. Jim is a great swing coach. Prices for golf equipment are competitive with anyone. Rudy is a great club tech for re-grips and club repair.

Purchased a long sleeve Val Surf logo shirt and was really happy with it. After one washing I noticed a small area that had changed color. I took the shirt back and asked if it would be possible to exchange it for another (same size & color) and was told by the young sales girl it looked like bleach had caused the discoloring. Being I don't wash using bleach I said I don't believe that's the case. The young sales associate said I could purchase another one but other then that there's nothing she could do. As a consumer and early in my career in retail I was always under the impression the customer is always right. I can now see why Amazon is taking over as they would have done everything possible to make sure I the consumer was happy.

Jim is the best instructor does a great job, also the only place to go for competitive prices, and getting fitted properly for your game. The entire staff is very knowledgeable, Jim, Joe and Rudy they also do re-gripping of current golf equipment fast service these guys are a perfect 5 stars

What great customer service provided by Kylie. It all started with a telephone inquiry. She was so helpful & ready to get us the information we were asking for we decided to go to the store. When we got there and asked for her out she came with that same cheerful & helpful attitude we experienced on the telephone. The product we inquired about was available and we were on our way. Thank you for a great experience‼

I've had nothing but great experiences at Val surf. I've purchased a new rip curl wetsuit every year from them, for the last four years. Their Inventory is always full and for me (I'm an odd size) that makes things easy for me.

If you have a kid looking to get hooked up with skateboard equipment this is the place to go. Steve was awesome. He was patient and informative to my 12-year-old. Took his time making sure that the board was correct for him. We had a great time -cannot say enough good things about the experience. Thank you so much Steve!

Been going to Val Surf for years when I lived down the street from the Woodland Hills Store. Always great help at this location also. Friendly and helpful staff with any questions I have for them. Always happy to buy my skateboard parts here any time.
