Even after physically going to a teller to cash my check, my account is still restricted How does that make sense? No resolution, no clear answers, just ongoing issues with access to my own money. This experience has been frustrating and unacceptable. #Citibank #DoBetter

Always nice and helpful people. Always a quick and easy visit.The manager, Cindy, is always amazingly helpful and kind. Nothing is a problem. She really makes me feel like she cares for me personally as well as a customer. All banks are about the same. The people at this one make all of the difference.Could not be any better.Thanks!
