If I could give zero stars I would. If there's not an issue with the car wash or a rude attendant or the pump stopping mid cycle, it's the most condescending ppl who work there when you go in if there's any issue. Definitely not going back here. Unreliable and rude

They do not seem to maintain this gas station. Whether it's not being able to print a receipt at the pump or the card reader being broken for the car wash -- it's always something.

This is a wonderful little gas station, right in the heart of Thousand Oaks. Their gas prices seem to be lower than the price gougers on Thousand Oaks Boulevard. The additional benefit of this gas station over others is that they have a very reasonably priced car wash on the premises. This makes things convenient, especially in the rainy/winter season, when cars get dirty, and need a quick wash, but don't justify a full service hand car wash.

Horrible customer service. Car wash breaks down and asked for a new code. Come back the following day and the code doesn't work. Nik, employee, proceeds to call me a liar and I'm trying to rip him off. Total lack of business ethics and accountability.

A bit more expensive, but you can drop off Postal items. The people are VERY friendly and it is a VERY conveint service to offer. THANKS. Also, they have a car wash. What more could you want!

This station has disappeared, virtually overnight. No pumps and no building. Just a Chevron sign at the corner. R.I.P.

DONT GO HERE: Shout-out to the rude, lazy fat store clerk with glasses who just abandoned me in the car wash. The car wash sensors were slow to stop me putting my car in the place where I had to reverse, then forward, then reverse then forward only to realize it triggered the carwash to end prematurely. So I called the 'Help' number leading me to the store clerk who wasn't satisfied with my attempt to hit the 'sweet spot'. He threw his arms shouting at me in frustration and went to the front desk to do what he was doing before. The j*** ABANDONED me. I honked my horn which he would definitely hear as the door was left ajar to the rest of the store. After I managed to restart the carwash I went in to complain to which his response was "Do you want to do this now!? Do you want to go?" He challenged me to fight!? I request this man be relieved of his position and be replaced immediately! This was an aweful experience!

Car wash is not the best. I see no difference between the $7 and $9 wash. Same exact steps for $7 as $9 wash, so whats the difference and how do I know I got the right type of wash? Potentially could be a scam, they might be giving everyone the same wash but charging different prices, not sure. Drying wasnt great either. Had to finish off the drying by hand. Doesnt seem like it scratched my car thats a plus. when I asked the employee about the difference in the wash he pulled the "no speakee, no english" blank wideyed stare, blinkey eyed, just got off the paddle boat new imigrant routine.

I would never in a million years get gas at a Chevron but this location has a really inexpensive car wash I do, unfortunately, have to hit up every once and a while when the dirt is getting grimy. It's $7, $8, or $9 depending on which level of wash you'd like. You get out, pay the guy inside, bring the receipt number to the car wash check in box, enter your number and sit back in your car ready to relax while the machine does it's thing. The wash itself is pretty standard and generally gets all the essentials (bird p**** ash, dust, tree droppings, etc.) off your paint. The drying process is pretty lame always leaves your windows with water bubbles on them but if you bring a towel you can dry them yourself after you pull out of the wash. The wax job is shiny but definitely not top A Game material - It works for me! I'd recommend visiting this wash if your close in town and looking for a cheap rinse off. Would not get gas here, and would definitely advise bringing your own towel to wipe down your mirrors after. Don't forget to leave your windows shut for at least 30 minutes after the wash if you don't want window stains!

The best gas station. The guys working here are the most kind and caring people I've ever met. I've been going to this gas station for years and they always have a smile on and always make you feel welcome. I know it's just a gas station but I wish more establishment were like this. Thank you

There's a massive sign outside that says village post office but apparently that only means having a mail box? What's the point of that? I've been to a few gas stations that have a post office station inside. This one can't even dispense stamps. LOL

Nice facility, postal drop off area, car wash, quite a few parking spaces, one is the better/nicer gas stations in Thousand Oaks, and convenient location
