My appointment was at 11 am, and I arrived at 11:15 am. I waited for a while as there was only one Chase representative available. Another customer arrived after me and was seen first at around 11:25 am. It's not a big deal that she took another person ahead of me, but it was the way she spoke to me that was awful. She claimed I arrived at 11:19 am and since the other customer's appointment was at 11:30 am, she took them first. She could have been a lot kinder, but professionalism doesn't seem to be a priority at this place.

Awful customer service. I had gone into this bank to open an account with them but the guy at the desk said they were too busy when there was three employees and one other customer. Definitely choosing a different bank.

I've used Chase bank for years. The people inside this bank are not helpful. I've never really had the need to go in person until recently. The teller wasn't too bad but was not helpful. The supervisor came shortly after and basically told me that I can't move my money out of chase the way we wanted with a slight attitude. Unfortunately I'll be staying with Chase but their staff is not a good look.

Tried to cash a CHASE check at a CHASE bank and was denied. Because it is above the limit for non chase customers. So I'm basically stuck with a worthless piece of paper. What a joke.

Locations like this are a good reminder why I route for decentralized blockchain and crypto currencies to completely render banks useless.

Chase bots control accounts, and the tellers have no idea how to run Chase's system, nor know basic information regarding opening accounts, debit cards, and transfers. The automation is only going to get worse. Pull some money out now. These banks are criminal. You really can't be surprised at this point if your money just totally disappears out of the bank, and no human or authority would be able to do anything about it. Money disappearing nearly happened to our 2 year's worth of savings - over 10,000 dollars. No one at the bank or customer service knew what was going on with the money after 5 tellers said "1-2 business days for a transfer". It's been over 3 weeks withdrawn from the account and nothing. It was sickening. What can I do about it? Nothing. Banks have near immunity to prosecution and get bail out after bail out. Why do we put up with this? So we can have a shiny credit card to buy things we can't afford? Something has to change. Boycott the banks. Go Elon. Use Bitcoin.

Drive up to ATM drive through and it is out of service. Move to teller drive up and waited my turn. I tried calling to have some sort of communication and this location fails basic customer service communication. After 5 minutes of waiting and calling a teller replies that they are busy with other customers. Okay, why was that not communicated when I first called? Lazy? They dont care. All they want is money. They can't fix ATM asap or keep in check if one fails to put a sign, no communication or acknowledgement to the customer, and they lack basic customer service care to return to see them in person. My same reasonto keep going to an ATMand not to a teller, or banker. I recommend going to a federal bank, where they do care and do things right. I only have two banks and so far this bank is use for payment only. Thank you for taking the time to read my concerns, feedback, and opinion.

Horrible service. I came in around 9:35am today and was the only one in line, waited for more than 10 minutes to be helped. There was 4 ladies and one of them was helping out a customer.. I left because I didn’t have their time to wait that long, people have things to do. They need to get people who actually want to work there and not just stand around like Disney Land princesses.

Don't have updated card readers where you can use your phone. You figure they would have enough money to update three card readers especially through this pandemic unable to do a simple deposit because I didn't have my card. Staff was unhelpful on how I can make a deposit since I don't have bank card. It's funny how I was able to make a deposit at Wells Fargo without a card and using my phone.

Do better chase. Early closing hours, only one working ATM. One long line to use that ATM. To say as a long time banking customer I'm disappointed is an understatement. Get your act together before my act changes banks! Sad but true.
