The best bank in the whole city! Only here people were able to help and did their job perfectly! I recommend contacting Matthew - the best in the business. All the staff were polite and helpful. Best banking experience of my life.

Nothing stays the same. In the past, I have had problems with inexperienced staff at this branch. But lately, they are a real pleasure to work with. 4 stars because they no longer offer safety deposit boxes. But no one does any more.

I visited chase bank to withdraw money from the ATM. There are two ATM'S inside the front foyer. Previously, you were required to use your Debit card to enter the area but this is no longer in place. I consider this a physical security breach. Be careful using the machine's, be vigilant for your safety.
