Total disrespect for customers and their time. It was scheduled for 11 a.m. We had a preliminary phone call, I confirmed everything. As a result, I sit in the lobby and wait for more than an hour (!). Of course, I did not receive any messages about the postponement of the meeting. Eric was enjoying lunch when I was sitting and bored waiting for an hour. I wish him a pleasant appetite and the day he deserves.

This is my local branch of Chase bank. I recently tried to set up several CD savings accounts to take advantage of some good interest rates, but they dropped the ball. The first manager I spoke to ghosted me -- first he was sick, then it turned out he'd mysteriously left the company. Six weeks later another manager picked up my application, then he ghosted me too. Finally I realized I was two calendar months into trying to set up a simple CD, and gave up trying to hunt down their managers. I withdrew the money and put it into various competing offers -- one with U.S. Bank, the other with Wells Fargo/Apple which offers a similar rate. I get the sense that unless you are a member of Chase Private Client, or whatever their investment club is called, you're a second class citizen here. Three stars for the excellent cashiers, who are always so friendly.

Tried to open an account for my daughter online, it said I'd need an appointment to do that, but I was encouraged to make a contactless phone appointment, so I did. I get the call a little early, and they say they can't do that over the phone, I'll have to come in. So I do. I'm there right on time for the original appointment, at the same location as the guy that called, but they refused to help me unless I covered my face, and literally asked me and my daughter to leave because we wouldn't. It's compliance, not science, and I'm religiously against it, which makes this discrimination, plain and simple.

I want to highlight the EXCELLENT customer service Associate Banker Estefany provided me today. While I was there to deposit some checks, I thought I'd ask her if there was any way I could be reimbursed for some service fees my account accrued while I was on state disability during COVID. I explained that the state didn't provide the option of direct depositing the checks, thus I got hit with service fees. I had tried to have the fees reversed at other Chase locations with varying results, and finally just gave up fighting... Not only did Estefany herself try to reverse all of my remaining fees, but when she was blocked from doing it herself, she went the extra mile by making a 10 minute phone call that eventually entirely resolved the issue. Estefany--It may have just seemed like a small gesture, but I mean it when I say I am truly grateful for your help today!!!!! Thank you so much

Beware of using Chase bank generally they do not have a fraud protection plan, if someone write themselves a check using your checkbook and you call on a weekend and they deposit the check on a Saturday you will lose your money I lost $30,000 due to this stupid policy they have in place, beware they do not protect your money this institution is a scam and a dangerous place to store your money I will be closing my accounts and warning the people of America do be aware you can lose a lot of money with this bank so be careful.

If your looking to talk to someone fast don’t come here I swear the one on Arboles or Hillcrest way faster I’m in the waiting seats now hitting 30 mins so ridiculous just to wait haven’t even gotten started... update I just called chase on Hillcrest and I’m driving there right now they have someone ready to help me

My boyfriend and I came into chase with only 20 minutes till closing to open a new account. They were so kind and were genuinely trying to find someone who came help us. They were able to set us up with manny who we found out decided to stay late to help us out. He was so nice and gave us all the information we needed to know about the account. I wanted to write a review because he deserves his dedication and kindness to be recognized.

I know the layout of bank branches have evolved over the past few years. It's so bizarre to walk into this branch with a group of banking kiosks with one teller window available. Any other live bodies were in their cubicles. I stood in a short line for a little too long just to deposit a check. Even if they wanted to add another teller, only one window is available.
