Came here w a friend for an online return. Mercado was an extremely unhelpful associate. He was not willing to work with a coupon policy and lost my business. I bought a pair of shoes that they didn't have the same color and he was unwilling to honor the coupon or the exchange. He didn't help any other way or provide any other options. Lastly he seemed extremely rude. Glad there are tons of other stores to choose from!!!

Just went and they over charged me for this hat. Sadly I didn't check the receipt before I left. Gas is so expensive it would cost me more to go back and fix the error. So d*** I got this hat because it was cheaper, got a phone call when I was paying so I didn't notice the incorrect charge until I got home, so annoyed. Hate this store they always suck to be honest would have gone to Lids but they were closed.

It was super packed and took , long I do not think they had a lot of shoes inventory, Customer service was great, they do require masks, they have hand sanitizer. I recommend more inventory and more workers at the cash register.

Very service-oriented, knowledgeable staff. They'll fit you in the proper shoe for your feet. While the shoes felt great, I got the feeling that the salesperson was guiding me toward the priciest shoe, which I later found for about half the price elsewhere. (And my physical therapist suggested that I wear a shoe with more cushion and not so much support.)

Came in town just to pick up my J's on reservation and they even knew my name! Ha! So coool! Great experience and store staff very helpful. I wish I could remember the young lady's name who helped me but she was awesome! Hope I get to win another reservation again! #champsforthewin
