My friend and I stopped by last minute for a veil - rookie mistake, we should have called before making our way over because this is a design studio. They don't have any items for sale in store. The owner explained it's by appointment only and gave me several options in the surrounding areas for a veil. This was so helpful and kind of her! Just wanted to highlight the excellent customer service!

This woman is amazing! She gave me an appointment day of and was so friendly and really listened to what I wanted. She really knows her stuff and was very complimentary and was able to give me good ideas. Highly recommend her if you are looking to have a custom HIGH quality dress made.

Getting Married!!! I would highly recommend Connie, Owner of Cerise Charline, to design your custom made Wedding Dress. I met with Connie in March to talk to her about the design I envisioned. Still shopping around, Connie made me feel at ease and I decided this was the direction I would go with and so glad I did. She's very personable and really cares about you as a person and gets to know your personality. She is very passionate and creative about her designs and was able to help with all the personal touches and details. Nothing was rushed only cared for. I recommend any bride planning her Wedding to invest in a custom dress made by Connie. My dress is a one of a kind and looking so forward to wearing it on my Wedding day in September. Most of all my dress is Me, my style. Thank you Connie!!!

I meet Connie, the lovely owner & designer of Cerise Charline Couture at SB's Simply the Best, Wedding Showcase. (Which is an exemplary wedding faire, for lack of better words, I highly recommend any bride in area go, or any bride who plans to wed in Santa Barbara area). Connie's designs are ethereal, beautiful detailing, she is so passionate and loves her business! What a pleasure it was to meet her in her office in Westlake, she had a special edition of the U.K. Bride magazine, her favorite & the best, as well as waters and a beautiful congratulatory box of Godiva chocolates, (I told you she had fabulous taste!). Connie is 100% professional in responding to inquires, whether it be phone or email, which is not easy amid wedding season, but I whole heartedly respect. Thank you Connie for your time and genuine care in regards to our special day!
