I was hoping to have a great experience on my second trip but unfortunately I didn't. Your experience will depend on who you see. Today I wish I hadn't gone in, I spent $65 on nails I'm going to spend hours removing when I get home. None of them are the same shape or thickness, she was too distracted to be consistent, and it's not what I asked for because she didn't think what I wanted would look good to her so she refused to do it. It was a very quiet appointment and now all I want to do is cry looking at these hideous nails I should've never paid for. Just ask a lot of questions before they start, like I should've.
I absolutely love this salon! I had been hunting for awhile for a new place and I've found it! They're so nice and they are very knowledgeable, far more concerned about my nail health than just putting on whatever. She took the time to explain keeping the nails healthy and doing the dip vs the gel vs acrylic and listened to what I was looking for and how I wanted my nails to look. My pedicure was incredibly relaxing and my skin feels amazing! I can't say enough good things about my experience, I'll definitely come back. I found my new place ❤️

We go there for the first time, my daughter had to choose 3 times a different color because they didn't have it. After it was my turn and she put old nails polish on my feet and there were bumps because it was so old. Horrible experience. NEVER GO THERE.
The lady, owner never offer to fix it and left with no nail polish. Had to pay full price...

Amazing I always have my nails done by Jenna. She is the best with dip and takes very good care of your nails. For my pedicure Ana is great ! This has become my favorite and only nail salon !

I stumbled upon Casablanca when I moved to Newbury Park in 2020. I’ve always happy with the salon and their services, but now that the new owners Andy and his wife Jana have taken over the salon vibe is more upbeat and friendly. I highly recommend Anh for a pedicure! She is meticulous and really does a fantastic job. My toes with ingrown nails get a huge relief when Anh works her skills. Andy gives a fabulous hair cut for my long wavy hair. He does a great job at long layers. I recommend giving Casablanca a try!

Honesty I tried getting them to fix them but no answer. It was a pretty ugly job and the 3 day they were falling apart. I do not recommend.Service: Dip powder
