Can I give ZERO stars? I went in today looking to carpet a room, and just got 100% completely ignored by the sales person on the floor who was helping another customer and the only sales person there. I walked around for 10 minutes and the guy didn’t even acknowledge my presence in the store. So I left. He never said a single word to me, coming in or walking out. Not good business. I’ll take my business elsewhere.

What a rare site to see such quality service in the customer service world of remodeling. Nadar truly goes above and beyond to make you are satisfied with the service , experience, and job. I think these reviews need to give more slack as there are so many factors in providing great customer service from start to finish and Nadar does just very that. He is super knowledgeable , patient, kind, truly loves what he does. He did our carpets and I couldn't be happier with the job and service!

Nader has been nothing but professional and kind working with us. He did our floors last year and they did a wonderful job with install. They have amazing customer service and Nader will personally make sure all of your concerns are taken care of! Highly recommend Nader and Carpet Galleria and will definitely be using their services again when we are ready to do our upstairs!

There is not a enough room to write how horrible Carpet Galeria and staff member Nadar is. They try to get more money out of you when your hands are tied and they remove your existing flooring. They will make you come in the store in order to collect more than 10% down by not signing the contract in your home. When signed in the store its more like a purchase and they can collect more. Buyer beware of everything to do with this company, all I have to say is goto type the license number 1034779 , see current status and check the bond has not expired etc. Make sure if you higher them, you take before , during and after pictures and be ready for a long stressful installation which could last years. Read other yelp reviews and they are similar. When in doubt its not worth trying to save any money by higher this company.

Had a terrible experience with Carpet Galleria in Thousand Oaks. Nadar provided false information through out the process and also asked us to pay 90% of the payment upfront when we went to place the order. We decided not to go with this store after seeing how dishonest they were. Ended up getting the same carpet flooring for a lower price than what Carpet Galleria was offering.

I have been in the flooring industry for over 20 years and have seen many of these types of stores come and go. I can confidently say that Carpet Galleria and Flooring is one of the best places to shop for flooring. They carry an excellent selection at great prices, and even for carpet installation or any other service, their customer service is top notch!

I had been shopping around for a flooring store in the area and stumbled upon Carpet Galleria and Flooring. They were a pleasant surprise. They had an excellent selection of high-quality floors at their showroom and very affordable prices. The flooring installation team was professional, courteous and did great work with minimal disruption to the property. A special thanks to Nader for such an excellent assistance!

At first, I was pretty hesitant to try out laminate flooring. I have never been satisfied with it in the past. But Carpet Galleria and Flooring changed my mind by providing me with a great selection of laminate flooring and top-of-the-line service. The salespeople were knowledgeable, friendly, and helped me make the right decision for my home. I am now hooked on the look and feel of laminate flooring for my entire home! I am a natural born salesperson, and I know that selling carpets could be quite stressful. However, the salesperson from Carpet Galleria did not pushed us on a selling and even the carpet installation services gave me the peace of mind that this would be something my immediate superiors would enjoy. They have been in the flooring industry for decades and have such an extensive knowledge base. This allowed them to answer all of my questions before I hired them. So, thanks a lot for such a great product and service provided to my workplace.

Carpet Galleria and Flooring is the place to go if you want a new carpet. This carpet store has a great selection, offers good prices, and provides excellent customer service. I knew nothing about carpets before I decided to buy one from them and they explained everything to me in depth with no pressure what so ever. They truly care about their customers!
