The owner explained it's by appointment only and gave me several options in the surrounding areas for a veil. This was so helpful and kind of her! Just wanted to highlight the excellent customer service!”

“This is the best bridal shop. The owner is a knowledgeable, professional and helpful person - absolutely first class. I had never tried on dresses and he and his staff were so accommodating, I felt like a queen. The dress was tailored beautifully to fit me like a glove - and was PERFECT for my wedding day.The women giving one star reveiws? These women have no clue what a professional bridal salon is. When you make an "appointment", you are reserving staff to help you find a dress. Not play dressup. This isn't Macy's. The time that is spent by the staff for an appointment is to help clients, and yes, make a purchase - it is a BUSINESS! These dresses are very expensive and not meant for a day out for you and your classless party to mar them. Make an appointment for an ettiquette class. Please.Complaining about Covid protocols that may have "inconvenienced you" is ridiculous.”

Not only are they competitively priced, they have so many selections that I didn't feel the need to look elsewhereI I found the wedding dress of my dreams, I absolutely LOVE my dress. The timeline they gave me was accurate of when the dress would be expected and once they had the actual delivery confirmation they sent it to me by text and kept me posted along the way!
