Rob and his team are amazing. While visiting Thousand Oaks our mini cooper needed some repairs and he was so so attentive and communicative about what we needed. Such a quick turn around and even drove to calabasas to get the part quickly. Thank you so much!!

Great service! I recently purchased a completely restored 1973 BMW 2002, and soon needed a clutch repair. I was nervous about finding the right shop to work on it. Several people recommended Rob’s shop. I contacted Robert who coordinated everything. Robert communicated well and was easy to reach. The owner, Rob, explained the process in advance and performed the repairs perfectly. Would highly recommend these guys to anyone with a classic BMW.

Rob has the best customer service. He goes above and beyond to make you happy. He drove my car as often as needed to find out what was wrong with it. It made a hauling sound for me twice, but no service light went on. Once he found out what it was he than went the extra step and called BMW to see if my vehicle was still under warranty, which it was. I am so thankful for Rob. I am a female and he definitely does not take advantage of us!

Forget Rusnik, Bimmer Connection will do it perfectly, at a much better rate, and more honestly. Rusnik quoted me $850, and BimmerConnection quoted me $600. When I picked up the car, to my surprise the charge was adjusted to less than $350. The owner told me it was a much easier job than what the BMW book quoted for this jobs labor hours. I mean when was the last time that has happened to you? In addition, the BMW factory part cost 10% less than direct from Rusnik. I will definitely use Bimmer Connection again.

The best BMW team around! My 2009 528i needed a lot of work and each time I took it into the shop, they knocked it out if the park with a quick turn around too! The head light restoration was exceptional! Rob and his team are the best!

Rob was so helpful getting an oil change done for me last minute. He went above and beyond to make sure he had all the parts and that my engine was running smoothly. Rob exemplifies quality customer service and great attention to detail. Everyone was so helpful and friendly. The office was very nice and clean to wait in as well.

Rob over at Bimmer Connection is one of the best. He is a fair BMW master technician.Moved from the bay area to Thousand Oaks and needed someone to do the regular maintenance on my E93 M3.Rob was referred to me and I gave it a shot. So happy to find someone I trust to work on my car and not rip me off with astronomical pricing like at the dealers.He has earned my business for life, highly recommend visiting Rob if your a BMW enthusiast and need a partner to maintain your ride.

I recently switched BMW service shops from a highly regarded facility in the valley. I have moved out to Thousand Oaks four years ago but never bothered finding a shop out here that I liked. Having been highly referred to Bimmer Connection, I spoke to Rob last week and had my rear brakes and spark plugs replaced. I was extremely pleased with the customer service, the facility, the techs, and I paid approximately $500 less than I would've paid at my previous shop. I will exclusively use Bimmer Connection moving forward. Thank you Rob for the incredible customer service, cost savings and all around excellent experience.

Rob (owner) is hands down the best mechanic I have ever had. First thing I noticed when I entered his shop is that he regularly services BMWs from the 80s and 90s. He knows how to keep these cars running. I had several issues with my 2010 BMW including an oil leak, hose damage, engine mount damage, valve damage, amongst other issues. Rob diagnosed and fixed them all quickly and for a fair price.Rob and his team go above and beyond while holding themselves to the highest ethical standards. When I had several repairs done with Rob, he also identified a leaky radiator that was still under warranty. Rob told me it should be under warranty and even worked with the local BMW dealer to get it fixed! He could have prob just fixed it and charged me, but he knew it would be covered and made sure I had it done for free.Another time, I had a check engine light and an out of town BMW dealership told me it would cost $4000-$5000 to fix the car. They did not tell me that some of the repairs would be covered under my SULEV warranty. Rob had me bring the car in because he thought they would be covered under the SULEV warranty, confirmed his suspicions, and even worked with a separate BMW dealership to identify and fix those covered repairs. This saved me at least $2000.Rob is the real deal and my only regret is I didn't find him sooner. If you have a BMW and you need a repair, go to Bimmer Connection. You won't regret it.
