Benders is now under new ownership and the change is definitely for the worse. Went in because of an add oil light on a $2000 oil and transmission service by Chris verified by the new owner. Rather than offer to add 1 quart of compatible engine oil to my 13.2 quart diesel crankcase, the new owner had no interest in honoring the work and simply told me to pay for another oil change. If you want a great price on services you don't need, he's your guy.
Response: Untrue? What did I lie about? Glad you know more than Mercedes engineers about their diesel engines. And, the enginners who formulate synthetic motor oil they advertise as being appropriate for 15000 miles in a 5 quart V8 gasoline engine operating at 200+ degree F can't formulate 20000 mile lubricant for my 6 cyl diesel that runs 15 degrees cooler than a gas engine with more than twice the volume of lubricant specifically formulated for diesel engines. Pompous clown. No support on a $2000 service. That's the truth!!!

I went in to get my AC fixed on a Saturday. One of the only places open on a Saturday near me. They fixed my AC and had it blowing cold air in a very timely manner ! And for a really fair price. It was cheaper than other estimates I had called around for. Customer service was also a 10/10. I would recommend!

We brought our truck in for an oil change. The mechanic did a thorough check of the vehicle. The only thing he found was that the radiator was in desperate need of a flush. He showed us the fluid just so we would know what he was talking about. The service was outstanding. Mead kept us up on the status, and notified us promptly when it was completed. We will definitely refer him and return for other services on our vehicles.
