My experience at Ben Bridge Thousand Oaks was very pleasant and welcoming. I was greeted by multiple associates right when I entered the store. The location was beautiful, clean, and as professional as can be.Aeri helped me with a purchase and I felt very comfortable and grateful. She took the time to get to know me and my wife and was very easy to talk to. She was extremely accommodating and worked with my schedule for pick up.Aeri and her team made the entire experience perfect. This location is top notch!

I had a great experience with Ben Bridge today. I finally got an opportunity purchased my first Rolex Datejust and Paul took care of me from start to finish, answering all my questions. It was an excellent experience! I highly recommend Paul at Ben Bridge. ??

My fiancé and I are very disappointed with our recent visit to this store. We came excited with cash in hand ready to purchase our wedding bands to experience such a special moment in our relationship. Unfortunately, the excitement was short lived as we were met with the rudest people we have ever interacted with at an establishment. We kindly asked to try on a few bands, and even though it was not busy at all, the associates acted as though it was the biggest burden of their lives. We had a few questions regarding which type of ring we should select and we were given short, one word responses to every question.After leaving discouraged, we told our experience to a few friends and they said they had the same, horrible experience with this jeweler. We wanted to support a local business instead of buying the same ring online for a cheaper price, but I will never give my business to a company who clearly does not want me to shop there. So disappointing and completely ruined our day and special moment!

We upgraded my wife’s engagement ring for our 25th anniversary and the ladies at this location were all so helpful and welcoming.They helped us pick the perfect upgrade and we really appreciate the time and effort they put in to help us.We definitely recommend this location. The manager, Aeri, and her colleagues Diane, Bonnie, Terri, & Jeannette were awesome.Great service !!
