Editing my review. Sarah and Taylor are amazing people and I found my dream dress and they made it happen. However the process of trying to get updates was impossible, having to finally reach out via Facebook to get any update. We never actually got our headpiece on time so we went to another place to get it. I understand that pieces come down to the wire but the rude attitude of one of the possible owners or managers was bizarre. We were not convinced that my headpiece and veil would come in time based on the lack of any updates and honestly we just felt a little worried that it wouldn't magically just appear the day before the wedding. I genuinely loved my dress and they had spectacular pieces but based on the complete lack of communication made it pretty stressful. Could not reach them via the contact form on their website or via phone. Literally called and left several messages and went to the place when it said it was "open" and it was locked and empty. I hope they get a new owner and some better management!!

They have a beautiful selection of dresses, but I would not recommend this place to anyone. Their communication was absolutely terrible!!! When it came time for my dress to arrive, I did not receive any communication regarding the delay. Instead I had to send emails and call on multiple occasions. The staff knew nothing regarding the delay. Every time I called, I was told someone would follow up, and again and again I would not receive a response. My dress arrived so late, many alteration companies refused to work with me. Preparing for a wedding is enough as is. Save yourself the stress and buy your dress somewhere else.

My experience has been amazing from the start! Melissa, the owner was so welcoming and made me feel at home. I shared my vision of what I was looking for, she and her staff knew exactly what dress options to show me. I never felt rushed or pressured. Not only are they competitively priced, they have so many selections that I didn't feel the need to look elsewhereI I found the wedding dress of my dreams, I absolutely LOVE my dress. The timeline they gave me was accurate of when the dress would be expected and once they had the actual delivery confirmation they sent it to me by text and kept me posted along the way! Thank you for making this experience so smooth and pleasant, highly recommend!!

9/20/24: Still refusing to show me a proof of purchase. I believe she did not order my dress when I paid in full February 2024. I believe she used my money for something else, and then placed my order later- which is why my dress came in 25 days before my wedding, and why she was purposely ignoring my calls and emails. She is now very responsive after she saw my reviews on Google, Yelp and Facebook. Prior to that, it would be rare to hear from her. Please see email below of her response to my request.

I received my wedding dress less than a month before my wedding, which is incredibly stressful. The only positive note was that I managed to find a seamstress who could do the necessary alterations in just a week and a half, but that's where the good news ends. When I reached out to the owner for a formal proof of purchase (I want to see when my order was originally placed to the warehouse by Bella), I was completely ignored. I still have not received the proof of purchase. This lack of communication is unacceptable, especially for a store that is supposed to prioritize the needs of brides during such an important time.
In an effort to resolve the situation, I requested some form of compensation for the stress and anxiety caused by their poor service. To my dismay, the owner outright denied my request, due to the negative reviews I had left and those that my family and friends posted on social media. This response feels unprofessional and indicative of a business that does not value its customers or take accountability for their actions. Given my experience, I cannot recommend Bella Bridal to anyone. I deeply regret my decision to shop there, and I will certainly be warning others to steer clear of this shop. There are plenty of other bridal stores that treat their customers with the respect and care they deserve. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere for your wedding dress.

Please avoid this bridal store. I initially posted a positive review on Bella Bridal, but now I no longer feel the same way. I ordered my dress in February and it is still not delivered. My wedding is one month away and I do not have my wedding dress in my physical possession. Melissa is unprofessional and unresponsive. She conveniently goes out of town, and avoids speaking to me. I call the store 5-7 times and always get the answering machine. I have begun looking at other wedding dresses because Melissa and her team have a lack of urgency and clearly do not care about getting their brides their dresses in a timely fashion. After the consistent lack of professionalism and lack of communication, I cannot recommend this store to anyone. Do not go to Bella bridal. If you have recently purchased your dress from Bella, I advise you try to cancel your order and look elsewhere.
I am so stressed out and overwhelmed, when I should be excited for my wedding next month. I hope this review prompts Melissa to reach out to me. Melissa, please advise. It should not be that hard to reach out to the vendor to inquire about the status of my wedding dress, and then relay the information to me. I have been waiting to hear from you for weeks. I will be stopping by this upcoming week to pay you a visit and receive information from you in person.

DO NOT SHOP HERE. This bridal shop is a complete disaster. I had been trying to get in touch with the owner, Melissa Morhar, for over a month, and my calls and messages were completely ignored. The owner’s total lack of response has not only been incredibly frustrating but has also added an enormous amount of stress right before my wedding. Their blatant disregard for customer service is unacceptable. It's evident they have no respect for their clients. I strongly advise against using this shop; they clearly don’t care about delivering any level of professionalism or support. Save yourself the headache and find a place that actually values its customers. After fighting tooth & nail I have finally received my dress 30 days before my wedding. I bought my dress November 2023 & was assured it would arrive the first week of August. I now have to rush and get my alterations done because my dress arrived so late. The owner, Melissa, blamed her employees for everything & has yet to take accountability for whatever happened. I never received an explanation as to what truly happened. “Miscommunication” is not an answer. This owner lacks integrity & empathy. The sales associates there have been kind and tried to help me the best they could but the owner left them scrambling. They explained Melissa had all the information on our dresses and they made numerous attempts to contact her as well. There have been multiple brides in the same situation as me with weddings this month or next, fighting to get their dresses and/or answers. If it weren’t for all of the negative reviews, dms on instagram and facebook who knows how long it would have taken for Melissa to finally answer us.

I strongly advise against shopping at this bridal store. My sister placed an order for her wedding dress in February, with the assurance it would arrive by July. Now, with her wedding less than 3 weeks away, the dress barely arrived this afternoon, and she still needs alterations done. My sister has months of backlog of phone calls and emails she sent to the store with no response from the manager and store owner, Melissa Morhar.
Our attempts to get updates since mid-June have been frustrating. We often had to reach an answering machine and had to call multiple times before speaking with someone. Even when we did get through, we’re told that only the manager and owner, Melissa, can provide updates. Unfortunately, despite repeated assurances that Melissa will call us back, we never heard from her. We never received any direct communication from Melissa, let alone an apology. Not until my sister posted a Facebook, Google, yelp and Instagram review, along with 5+ brides stating the exact same experience.
It wasn’t until my sister wrote that review that Melissa reached out to her to personally to put the entire blame on her team and then provide a status of my sister’s dress. This is something she could have provided us weeks, let alone months ago. Even after taking the damaged off the rack dress without a discounted price on 09/04, Melissa threatened my sister to take down her reviews. When my sister refused, she continued to ignore my sister and refused to provide her a proper receipt or tracking number. She didn’t give my sister a tracking number until after the dress was shipped yesterday, 09/09.
When my sister went to pickup the dress on 09/10, she did not offer an apology, a discount for the inconvenience of having to get alterations less than 3 weeks before her wedding, nor a proper explanation as to what happened. She again told my sister she would not provide any additional compensation, as she wrote false and slanderous reviews about her business. She blamed her staff for not communicating and stated the store was undergoing new management. She stated she was not aware of the issues all brides have been experiencing until as of recently. It seems highly unlikely that a manager who works in town, remotely, could not be aware of what is going on in her store. Especially, when my sister has been in contact with 5+ other brides stating they have been going through the same issue. It is evident Melissa was aware of the situation the entire time.
It is clear Melissa’s management skills are lacking and her professional conduct is unacceptable. Her supposed passion for creating an exceptional bridal experience is contradicted by her lack of responsiveness and poor customer service. It seems she is more interested in profits than in genuinely serving her customers. It’s clear that she prioritizes personal gain over customer satisfaction and has shown a poor ability to lead her team. We’ve heard from multiple staff members that many have left due to her management, which only highlights the broader issues within this store.
It seems that Melissa has no urgency for properly communicating with her customers. Her only urgency is protecting her reputation and removing factual and honest reviews about her business. Her behavior reveals a disregard for delivering a positive customer experience and suggests she is not suited to handle the demands of running a professional business. Not to mention her overall poor demeanor.
To Melissa Morhar: you have absolutely no excuse as to why you couldn’t properly communicate to any of your brides and provided such a negative experience. At the end of the day, it is your responsibility as the store owner to ensure all of your customers are satisfied and attended to in a professional and timely manner. If you’re incapable of handling these responsibilities as a business owner, you need to step aside and let someone else who is competent take over.

DO NOT ORDER YOUR DRESS FROM HERE
I am an October 20th bride who came on February 3rd and purchased a dress that they supposedly ordered from Allure that day. I was told it would be here EARLY August. I did not hear anything in all of August. I started to call, no one has EVER answered the phone and even if you leave a voicemail, NO ONE will call you back. I've tried calling at different times and different days still NO ANSWER. I finally went in to the store to speak to some one and the nice sales lady proceeded tell me that she doesn't know anything because the owner Melissa handles all the dress orders. She said she called Melissa and she is aware and will figure out what she can and give a call with a status update within 24hrs. 24hrs later and nobody has called me. I tried calling the shop again but no answer. I then saw the other reviews of brides being in the same situation and I immediately went there again to see what was going on. They had no answers and she kept trying to tell me that I had plenty of time and there are more brides with weddings sooner than mine who still do not have their dress! Like that makes it any better?!?The stylist then told me that they work with VIP for alterations and they are aware of the situation of dresses being late and they will do a rush alteration at no extra cost. So clearly this has been going on for a while and it is NOT okay! These dresses are not arriving on time because MELISSA is not paying the design companies and she is not ordering them on time! SO FOR ANY FUTURE BRIDE, DO NOT COME HERE AND DO NOT ORDER YOUR DRESS FROM HERE. THIS IS A NIGHTMARE AND NO BRIDE SHOULD HAVE TO DEAL WITH THIS. AND IF YOU RECENTLY BOUGHT A DRESS I HIGLY SUGGEST YOU CANCEL IT, GET YOUR MONEY BACK AND GO ANYWHERE ELSE BEFORE ITS TOO LATE.

I'D GIVE NEGATIVE STARS IF I COULD! PLEASE! Do yourself a favor and DO NOT trust Bella Bridal Couture with your wedding dress needs! While they seemed great at first (during the shopping process), they have since proven to be a shady operation. The owner (Melissa) is never there and refuses to respond to multiple emails and voice messages over the past 6 weeks. We have had to "drop in" unannounced 3 times now - just to get someone to talk to us... and each time the associate apologizes and promises to follow up within the next day with a status update - ensuring us that the dress will be shipped out the following week... but of course, the week goes by and no phone call, no contact, and we're back to square one with them not returning our calls or emails. :( It has now been 5 months since we bought the dress, and we don't even know if the dressmaker has started working on it yet. We even paid an extra $300 "rush fee" to ensure it was here by mid-August... but we still don't know what the status is as they refuse to communicate with us. I've already spoken with my credit card company to dispute the charges for the dress given that they did not deliver, and refuse to provide any updates for us after we've made multiple attempts to confim when the dress will arrive. My daughter's wedding is only 5 weeks away, and she now has to find a dress "off the shelf" because Bella Bridal Couture failed us! SPARE YOURSELF THIS HEARTACHE AND STRESS!!

I really wanted this to be a good experience and was so sad that it wasn’t. Extra stars because the employees were extremely welcoming and friendly during the appointment which was great. I was told my dress would arrive in June (2.5 months before the wedding) and my dress didn’t come until 4 weeks before my wedding. This would’ve been semi-okay if they at least communicated this to me but they were ignoring my phone calls. I spoke to someone once in June who told me it would be there “next week” and from then on they didn’t answer my calls or emails until I called from a different phone number. My dress also came in 2 sizes too big after all of that. I never once got an apology or anything. Again, the staff is friendly but if you want stress free and to be sized correctly/have times for alterations, I’d pick a different shop!

Stay away from this bridal shop if you want to receive your dress on time. My cousin ordered her dress back in February and still has not received it. Her wedding is NEXT MONTH. Extremely unprofessional management at this shop, we have been unable to get any information and it’s been incredibly disappointing. Avoid Bella Bridal at all costs. Melissa, if you’re seeing this, get your act together. You are unprofessional and adding unnecessary stress to multiple brides, we know we aren’t the only ones dealing with this.

I had a very frustrating experience with Bella’s Bridal Shop. The management and communication were severely lacking. With my friend’s wedding just a month away, we’ve struggled to get any updates on her dress. Despite numerous attempts to reach out, there’s been no helpful response or progress. This poor level of service has added unnecessary stress to what should be a joyful occasion. I would not recommend this shop based on our experience.

I can’t say enough positive things about my experience at Bella Bridal. ESPECIALLY with my stylist Taylor. She was INCREDIBLE!! I came to Bella Bridal after a long day of dress shopping. I was tired and to be quite honest, not loving the process. My mood changed the second I started working with Taylor. She made me excited to try on more dresses and understood exactly how I wanted to feel on my wedding day. I picked roughly 10 dresses & Taylor pulled a few for me as well. One of the dresses Taylor pulled for me, I had walked past and didn’t think it was my style. Once Taylor put it on me, I fell in love. It was exactly what I was looking for. Taylor really listens to her clients and it shows. She understood my vision better than I did! She’s so kind and encouraging, not to mention has a fabulous eye for gowns. I came back for a follow up with Taylor as well and had just as great of an experience. She helped me pick a veil and took measurements to place the order for my dream dress! Bella Bridal is a must and I highly recommend asking for Taylor!

I had the best experience with Ashley at Bella Bridal Couture. She was an absolute joy to work with. She treated my family, friends, and I so well. She made me feel gorgeous and picked the beautiful dress I bought and was mindful to stay within my budget. She knew exactly what I wanted ? I had the best time working with Sarah at Bella Bridal Couture. She was super fun and reassuring throughout the whole process. I don’t usually feel comfortable picking out dresses (or feeling girly in general most of the time), but I felt comfortable with her. I could easily be honest with how I felt about one dress or another. She helped me find a dress that I absolutely loved and felt confident in. I didn’t feel limited in my selections, and she even reassured me that I could request custom changes to the dress I selected. I don’t think I could have had a better wedding dress selection experience.
