They were friendly & attentive when I dropped the vehicle off for transmission service & an oil change. I told them my rear driver's turn signal & brake lights were not working. They provided timely updates & when they told me what the problem was with the lights they offered a solution to repair the lights & to make the same repair to the passenger side so I wouldn't have the problem again. And they did all the work for about the same price as it would have cost me JUST TO GET THE TRANSMISSION SERVICED at the dealership! Excellent service, very reasonable prices!Services: Transmission

Hal and the team took care of my car's transmission issues, were very patient waiting for the parts I had ordered to to arrive, and not only that, but they also informed me of other parts that needed replacement, and they showed me the parts that were replaced, and not discarded/hidden. Brought my 2011 MB E550 in for B service...car has 25,000 miles. I was pleased that the service performed on what was actually required was done. Bottom line, I did not require everything required in the MB :B service at this time..By the way this car has always been garaged and only driven once a week since new..so with the low mileage it did not require a 3rd transmission oil change, I leave that comment to your imagination..Bavarian will service my car from now on.

Had a hard time finding someone I could trust with an exhaust upgrade and I stumbled on this place and talked to Hal, awesome guy who was very fair with pricing. The girl in the front was also very nice unfortunately I did not get her name. I'm glad I found this place and I would refer all of my friends and people who have European cars to go here! Can't thank you enough for installing it the same day! I look forward to coming back!
