The manager of this store is so unprofessional and thinks that being unaccommodating makes her a good manager? I used to get exceptional service at this store and now this manager is on some weird power trip. There is literally no reason why she couldn't do a product exchange for me today other than she just wanted to just say no and act like it was against policy when it's not I exchange things all the time. Bare minerals needs to fire her. Very tacky.

I had an unwelcoming experience, Kristina was honestly mean and made me feel unwelcomed to shop in there . I’m not sure if I did something or if she was having a bad day at work but I didn’t deserve that type of treatment .

THE LADIES IN HERE ARE AMAZING! Very welcoming and I loved the energy in the store. They color swatched a bunch of foundation colors on me to find the right shade and they really knew a lot about the products. IM GOING TO BE A FREQUENT CUSTOMER!

Ganna was amazing today. I walked in and she quickly found my perfect match for powder and blush and right application tools. She did all the work and I just sat there while she did my makeup. I walked out with a perfect set of products and little effort. The colors are perfect and the service was excellent! Thanks Ganna!

I went in today a little flustered from working black friday but Hailey was so personable, kind, and helpful in helping me find the right makeup for me. I dont often buy makeup but she made me feel very comfortable and I really appreciate it! The employees at this store overall are very helpful and kind.

Love getting my makeup here. Free makeover of course it be nice if you bought something after but they dont require a minimum. I really like all the products here and if I was to pick one I really like the blush. I had my makeover for work party and that's where I met my future husband.. so the make over or make up was on point cause I landed a wonderful loving man.

Kristina at the Oaks Bare Minerals was so considerate and patient with me! She was knowledge with all the products and showed me some useful techniques on applying makeup (blush) correctly. It was a wonderful experience! Thanks, Kristina!!

Diony and Gina, the dynamic duo!!! Thank you so much for providing superb service! Two makeup artists who know what they are doing. They knew what would work for my skin before I gave them any direction. My skin felt fresh and my makeup looked exactly what I was hoping for. I didn't feel like customer, I felt like family. They were both amazing and I will definitely be going back to this location as long as they are there!

I called when they opened at 11 to ask if I could come get my makeup done, they said I could come at 12. I got there and Gina the store manager was my makeup artist. I was going in just for an every day look to try out their makeup and how it looks on my face, I have pretty troubled skin these days. She listened to everything I said about my face and really picked products she thought would be good for me, as well as gave me great advice. I loved the makeup she did on me, it was simple and similar to what I like to wear everyday. She told me the prices, told me what deals I could get and didn't pressure me at all to buy more than what I wanted. It was a really great experience and I'm so glad I tried BareMinerals!

Ok... first off lemme say, everyone was VERY nice. Everything was organized and clean. I'm not trying to get anyone fired. Their make up artists just need practice. Perhaps a lot of practice. I went in this past Saturday because I had a wedding to go to. I'm from out of town, so drove from my Air B&B in Oxnard to this spot. I showed the girl what I was wearing, and she picked out some nice colors. Again, to be fair, she was totally sweet! After 20 mins, my make up was apparently "perfect." I took a look and... 1. The foundation color didn't match my skin tone. 2. It looked splotchy and dry, especially around my eyes (I told her I had dry skin beforehand - this has never been an issue before at other locations). 3. MY EYELINER! Oh god my eyeliner. 4. ...... My brows were like thick rectangles. I thanked her kindly but as soon as I got back to my Oxnard spot, I washed it all off and did my make up quickly before going to the wedding. Thank god I had some time. I was really panicked, but in the end it all worked out. Just sayin, if you have an event, try to go somewhere else for your makeup look. If you just need products, this place is great.
