Have a loan here I am attempting to pay off and I have set up transfers multiple times, all canceled at the last minute (day of funds transfer) on BMO's side due to restrictions and limits. Scam. I should be able to pay off my loan in a timely fashion. Won't be using them again.

my business credit card stopped working and after speaking to two customer representatives over the phone that couldn't help me, i decided to go to this branch. thankfully Benita was working and she took the time to call the BMO credit card representative and get this all worked out. this wasn't an easy task and she had the patience and time to help me. i highly recommend this branch and her for anything you need help with. i will be returning to her in the future if i have any questions or concerns.

Terrible customer service. Carla was rude and appeared unwilling to help. I have been with Bank of the West for over 10 years. Employees at this branch were always helpful but not any more. Her attitude was unwelcoming and not friendly. I am in the process of moving all my business accounts to Chase. I have had problems with the transition from Bank of the West to BMO with my business checking account and business credit card. I made payments which they reversed and didn't notify me. It's been one problem after another. Very frustrating!

HORRIFIC buyout by BMO has ruined this formerly nice little bank. I am moving my business accounts to another bank after they failed gloriously to make a smooth transition. Bank transfer delays, non-linked bank accounts, told to go into the branch to "verify your identity" (I was with Bank of the West for 10 years...they knew who I am!) They simply don't deserve your business.

My initial experience with the Thousand Oaks branch and Adriana, the Assistant Branch Manager was awesome. She has great customer focus and was extremely helpful!

Love this bankI go to the T.O. branch, they know my name.I go to the Woodland Hills branch same.BOW is awesome!There app is amazing ya barely have to go into the branch.The online app check deposit clears same night many times.I guess if you have a tad of money management and have a few bucks in your acct to cover the checks deposited.Other reviews are so lame. People upset cause they don't have a penny in their accounts and writing checks with no funds in there yet, expecting the bank to.cover them.Then get Goldline Reserve to cover the account.Oh wait.....you have to get a credit check for that.If ya don't qualify. Don't bother.

Bank of the West continues to deteriorate into a horrible unpredictable banking institution. Random branch locations close temporarily or are so poorly staffed that wait times are ridiculous. When your home branch closes and you are a small business you are forced to deal with another branch you don’t have a relationship with. I had to deposit a business check in Thousand Oaks where I do not have a relationship. The bank manager then decides to place an extra hold on your deposit which in my case extended over a weekend from Friday to Tuesday resulting in hundreds of dollars in bounced check fees that the bank will be happy to steal from you. The manager can review your banking history and see that you have deposited checks from the same client without incident but will place holds with the purpose of obtaining fees for automatic payments that are then rejected. Avoid this bank at all costs. They are unethical at best.

A joke not a Bank. A ph App that does not work at all and hours long to reach Customer Service only to get disconnected not to mention the service fees for their systems which do not work.

I'm starting to think I'm going to have to switch banks because the service I keep getting from this branch is beyond wrong. How does this location continuously close without notifying their patrons? Am I supposed to just figure it out when i've already got to the bank? And on top of that the ATM's don't ever work, so what's the point of banking here if i can't even access my funds, that's just ridiculous to me. 5 out of 5 would NOT recommend

This is one of those, they don't even deserve 1 star post. I don't post often so when I do you know it's serious... First off bad experience about 2 years ago trying to sign my younger brother up for an account. -no welcome greeting -no eye contact -solid 8+ minutes standing around waiting for someone to be free.... Even those employees with no customers in front of them were "working" on something so this is also why we stood their waiting to be approached . Took my brother to sign up at Wescom and was greeted and welcomed by 4 people all at once!!! Each one ready to assist and asked me how my day went got us in and out quick. Now as of today..... wtf Bank of the West.... Wtf... are you ever going to alert us when your closing??? OFTEN.. random days random times... how disrespectful. Automated machine when calling says nothing about todays date 12/23/21 Your customer service is trash. You all want to have an attitude because customers are coming to your job??? This is a bank. What did you think you signed up for? Even when I try to avoid making contact with you and go use the ATM. Out of service???? For how much longer?? it's constantly down for simple cash withdraws. 0 STARS...

Where do I start. So many inconsistencies with service, the ATM constantly going down, you call the 888 number and are placed on hold for an hour plus only to be told when someone dos finally answer, they do not see anything on their end. No way to Inform the branch since they are constantly closing for what ever random reason with out notice or posting. I've been a customer since 2006 and it's time for me to bank with someone else. Pay attention: are they asking you for and ID but not customer before you? They are picking and choosing so they trust and don't based on your looks. Personal experience

Just save yourself a lot of pain and never do business with Bank of the West. 1 to 2 hour hold times no matter when you call. I missed a few payments that were late. Reported correct to one agency, reported twice the missed payments to another, and twice plus another two to another one. Screwed my credit good. Wrote them two letter already, got a response they would fix it, they didn't, just changed it and made the good one worse. So sending a third dispute now. They are truly and utterly incompetent. I can't wait to be done with them so I can never return.
