Rude.... Hope I never have a reason to go into this bank ever again. Not helpful a single bit. Should have gotten the name of the woman. Loud, asked for a manager & when the manager arrived. She wouldn't let him speak for himself.

Waited for over 45 min for one quick deposit with only 4 people in front of me in line. I don’t know if this location needs to hire new tellers, retrain their employees, or have the rude management step in and help out. Instead they stand around and distract the teller that is supposed to be helping the client. This is unacceptable. Every single client in the location with me was also complaining about how unacceptable the service is.

Oshin, the branch manager, gave us the absolutly best service one could hope for.He fought hurdles and went above and beyond.He also showed ownership over a mistake that was not done by him.

Really terrible service, I was already inside, they escorted me out because they had reached their closing hours, didn’t bother to attend me. Two employees came out telling me I had to leave because they were closed, even though I was already inside waiting to be attended, one of them escorted me out the door.

This bank has consistently closed with no notice. I have seen the majority of their customers are elderly and wouldn't know how to use the internet or be able to see it even if they could and the bank is just closed when they show up. There is a small business that is next to this bank that needed change for their customers and walked over there and the doors were closed with no notice. Not being able to access your own money with no notice is very alarming. The second time that this happened I made a phone call to the Bank of America over on Hillcrest and asked if they were open. I needed to cash a check and they said yes we are open but we are only open until 2:00 which was 15minutes away. The gas prices are high but I made it over there with about 5 minutes to spare. When I walked in I explained that I wanted to cash a check and they said well we don't have cash here. We have no tellers and we have no cash here you'll have to go to the Bank of America over on Moorpark road but they have also changed their hours and are only open till 4:00 I am by the way we're not going to be open on Saturdays anymore either. I didn't know I had to ask a bank if they had cash before I rushed over because the other bank was closed without notice. Eventually I did get to the Bank of America on Moorpark road and yes they were able to cash my check. I thought the point of a bank was to be able to keep your money secure and be able to access it whenever you want to. I have no confidence in this bank at all. It looks to me like they don't have money. It's absolutely obvious that they are not reliable. I also bank at US Bank and I have never had any problems with them US Bank is great. Bank of America and Wells Fargo are absolutely horrible.

Closed at lunch and opening at 1:05 pm on a week day. Yeah let's just close at the most convenient time for our customers...

Very disappointing experience in my opinion. I made an appointment one day and when I arrived at the branch, the doors were locked and the branch manager told me that no one was around to assist me. When I informed him I made an appointment he let me know that the person who was supposed to take my appointment wouldn't be back for another 20 minutes but he would be happy to get me started. I found this very irritating because Reuben was supposed to know that I was coming in and should not have left for his lunch knowing full well that he had an appointment. He was also very condescending and not at all helpful. I've tried to call him multiple times to get assistance for something and have not heard back. All in all, due to my poor experience and lack of support through this branch, I will close my account and never bank with them again.

Called ahead of time spoke to the branch manager I advised him would arrive at noon to get the check endorsement. He replied yeah, no problem When arriving a half-hour early. They tell me he left for lunch. WTH!!

Worst customer service with bad attitude ever. The Teller was very rude, and told me that I cannot make a withdrawal on my card because it has been de-magnetized. So I went outside to the ATM, where it worked just fine. I came back in the Bank to tell her it works, and please try again, and she started telling the other tellers NOT to try because it won't work. I just left.
