Friendly, helpful, professional, and efficient people work here! I've been inside this branch several times, and each time I'm greeted by a smiling face. I usually have several transactions at each visit, and they never seem put out. They just zoom through each one and assure me it's no trouble. Updating signatures on our account was also just a quick visit. Very happy with the service here. Would recommend!

So today I decided to come to this bank because it's near my job. I regret this decision. I recently sold my business and got a cashier's check for a rather large amount of money. I come to the teller and she starts to look at me like I am a suspect of some sort of crime. She fills out the deposit form, swipes the check through the machine and walks away. Here she comes with the manager and the guy on the picture I've posted asks "where did you get this check from ?". I wanted to to say I just stoled it and want to deposit on my account. But I asked him "why are you asking me that? What do you mean where did I get the cashier's check? Which is made to my name, I just swiped my debit card and I handed you my ID, but you still want to know where did I get it from? I tried to explain but they still looked at me as I am some sort of Alien, well, there was a time when I was an illegal alien, but not anymore. I am just a Hispanic dark skin, short , chubby man. I guess I don't look like Mr. Smith or Mr. Russengerg, or Shapiro, I shouldn't be carrying this amount of money. I am condemned to only go the the Pacoima as I look like the tacos guy, I look like gardener. This location is racist as no other location I've been to. I've done business with the branch in Encino and they're so nice!!!

I want to be clear that the scathing review I'm about to write is not directed towards the employees of this specific branch. They are generally friendly and professional and I have no complaints. Having said that, Bank of America as a corporation are either greedy, stupid, negligent, incompetent, or a combination of all the above. I cannot count, literally, all the times that without warning, and with no explanation, that this branch is randomly closed, on a week day, during normal business hours. How in the f*** does a company get away with this? To say this is unprofessional is the understatement of the decade. When the bank IS open, during normal business hours, they have now changed their hours from 10-4. Let me repeat. TEN IN THE MORNING UNTIL FOUR O'CLOCK IN THE EVENING. Imagine being a "professional", MULTI BILLION DOLLAR CORPORATION, and you can't even find a way to be open to the public during what the rest of the civilized world calls business hours. In 2019, BoA reported a net income, so PROFIT, of over 27 BILLION dollars. In 2020, profit over 17 BILLION. Are you telling me you can't afford to keep your branch open during normal business hours? Don't even get me started with all the scam fees and outright theft and fraud BoA does to its "customers", more accurately called victims or marks in my estimation, but this post in particular is to address the insane and unprofessionalism of having a bank, in the middle of town, on one of the most trafficked, popular, and central roads, that isn't open during normal business hours. By being open for these pathetic hours of 10-4, it is almost completely unusable to me as a bank during the week. They don't care about customer service. They don't care about being professional. All they care about is pinching pennies, cutting labor, and saving money for their shareholders. It's disgusting and absurd, and they should be punished for it. Nobody should bank with BoA. Nobody should trust them with their money. They don't care about the customer, demonstrated but the fact that they can't even find the extra bucks to be open for the hours that the rest of the civilized world is. They also clearly don't care about their employees. "Here peasant, take these measly hours and be grateful for it." Rant over. 0 stars. Avoid at all costs.

I've gone to this branch for years. Excellent financial services from investments to cashier services. They always accommodate special requests.

Lousy service not making it convenient enough for people to make banking as it’s supposed to be. Needed access to my safe deposit box as an emergency when pulled up it was closed during the banking hours with a sign posted and a phone number for emergency appointment, upon calling they finally answered and made me an appointment the following day. I received a call a couple of times but being busy and finally at 3 pm get a call again and being told I can go back again the following day. I guess they don’t understand emergency and needed access the day before. So the manager says she’ll be there till 3:15 so I got there fast and closed my box but since I was in a hurry forgot the second key and Wanted to have the second key brought up unfortunately she’s the manager is telling me that she got she has an appointment so I have windows more important than mine

I when to make a payment and I ask the person her name is soha. I would like to make a payment. I repeat to her 3 times what it's my payment she continues to Ask me how you going to pay. Without checking my account. She didn't respond or give me a answer. I won't recommend this location of bank of America to anyone else family and friends. By the way I switch with the other person to make my full amount payment in cash I won't come back to this location never. Thanks Michelle helping me with my payment.

ATMs always out of service Consistent poor customer experience! This branch is now 0/5 at meeting my expectations. Not customer focused.

There are 14 B of A’s within 12 miles of my house. 13 are closed or permanently closed. I tried to deposit cash in the ATM by my house. Not able to deposit or get cash. Great banking service. Time to find another bank.

Take your banking literally anywhere else they will not work with you they do not help you and they will tell you that they've made a final decision with no warning or notice and that they won't change it until you do better with your money. I have never been so insulted by a bank and I am waiting for a check to go through and once it does I am closing my account this is a joke I don't understand why they would even offer a courtesy pay if you by using it in the first six months have it shut off to your account completely with no warning this is ridiculous any other bank will do there's one in the same location every time go anywhere else

Of all the B of A, this is the best one, though i am sorry i applied for credit card. It's the only bank card without notifications or Visa card locks.. The best staff at this bank like Christina Apodaca, the assistant manager, that fixed everything that was not working. Sonja was so sweet and eager to help and Jesse the manager tries to make sure all customers are satisfied. They admit to be understaffed, so there are very long waiting periods, so they asked me to call back, but no one answered. However, Christina Apodaca, was outstanding and fixed all the B of A malfunctions, (app, online, etc). Christina and the staff are really nice and help out with every single question. , Although Chase and Wells Fargo are better banks than B of A, in all ways (app, features, security, cash back, customer service), this B of A has the best customer service.

I personally don't like Bofa. However, I need to have an account here for circumstances. Banker's name is Sanj who assisted me. He was able to help me very much. Only reason for the 5 stars is him... Highly recommend asking for him if your going to open an account or have any questions!!!

I will give them one star for opening the doors. I have tried for four days to contact the branch manager Jesse Ramos. I have stopped in....he is in a conference call I'll take your number.....he is off today...... The staff is super sweet when they are telling you that you should up grade to a new credit card or open an account. But when the customer has an issue they change. I was able to get my issue taken care of after waiting for 45 minutes. But Jesse didn't say thank you, have a nice day.......he just pushed my ID towards me like I have the plague. I've been a customer of B of A for 30 years. I'm disappointed

The lack of customer service has finally driven me to look for a new bank, after 23 years with Bank of America. I took a heavy bag of coins to the Oaks Mall Branch, like I did 5 months ago, to be sent to their location for counting and deposit. I was told flatly that the policy changed in 12/18, and that they would not do it for me. I said that I had done it 5 months ago, and was asked who I worked with on that (Really? Like I would recall that person, since they switch Tellers frequently?). I was also asked if it was personal or for a business. (So - they would have done it for me, if I owned a business?). The Manager was not there to speak with (of course), so the other Teller suggested I try another Branch - really? What this comes down to is that BofA does not care about serving the needs of individual retail clients, and has not for some time. They would not take US currency from me to deposit - plain and simple - while they did this for me 5 months ago? It's not like I am a coin collector that comes in weekly to turn around coins - this is just a more realistic means of depositing the money - than getting ripped off by Coinstar at Von's or Ralphs. I am not a political person, but maybe Elizabeth Warren is right - the banks are too big, and do not care about individuals - unless - you want a mortgage, car loan, or something where they make gobs of money. BofA serves their shareholders well, but not their customers. You stick my coins in a bag, ship them to your central location with other cash that needs to be moved, put them in a coin counter, and then enter the amount as a deposit from the enclosed form. Is that so hard? So costly, that you cannot serve your clients, while you make money on their money every day? Shame on you, Bank of America. After 23 years, I am now looking for a friendlier bank. For anyone else looking for a new bank - try another bank.

The worse service ever of any bank, stop by to cancel a charge and the manager sitting on the computer says " go to the app we can call but its the same thing " wont help you on anything they just wat to be sitting around and not help the us.
