November 2023 by juvahne bramwell
On Thursday, November 16th 2023 I was extremely disappointed and frustrated with the level of incompetence displayed by the manager at Bank of America. Not only did she exhibit a complete lack of understanding and knowledge about their own policies, but her response to my simple request was downright ignorant. When I asked if I could exchange my $20 cash withdrawal for $10 in coins and ten $1 dollar bills, I expected a straightforward answer or a reasonable alternative. However, the manager's response was shockingly uneducated and nonsensical. She confidently stated that only customers were allowed to exchange bills, completely disregarding the fact that I had paid for their services to withdraw bills from another bank. Her assertion that I was not a customer but a consumer was not only incorrect but also displayed a complete misunderstanding of basic banking terminology. It is baffling to think that someone in a managerial position at a bank could be so uninformed about their own industry. This incident highlighted a glaring flaw in the system and training provided by Bank of America. It is clear that their employees, especially those in positions of authority, are not adequately educated about their own policies and procedures. This lack of knowledge and understanding not only reflects poorly on the manager herself but also on the entire bank as an institution. I called corporate to inquire about their policy and was shocked to learn that this service is actually provided for free. They assured me that they would investigate the incident as it clearly involved discrimination. This entire experience has left me deeply disappointed, and I feel I should sever my ties with Bank of America and not recommend any of my colleagues or friend to this bank. Their treatment of me was completely unacceptable, and I cannot recommend their services based on this encounter. I find it deeply disappointing that a bank of Bank of America's stature would allow such incompetence to persist within their ranks. As a customer, I expect to be treated with respect and professionalism, and this experience fell far short of those expectations. In conclusion, the manager's uneducated and nonsensical response to my simple request for an exchange of bills further solidifies my decision to sever my ties with Bank of America. Their failure to provide proper training and education to their staff is a clear indication of their disregard for customer satisfaction. I cannot in good conscience recommend their services based on this disappointing encounter.

Why anyone would continue to bank with a company that closes all locations inconsistently in a 25 mile radius before four is beyond me. Hasta la vista baby, I’m out!

Avoid this specific location. Always closed and when it is open employees are rude and unprofessional.

This is the worst location I've ever been to. Avoid at all costs. Find another one if you can. Rudest employees I've had the displeasure to deal with in a very long time.

Horrible service incompetent head manager! They are using Covid to cut corners and don’t even do so much as answer the phone!

Got to the branch at 3:27. I noticed an unusually long line at the ATM machines. I reached to open the door and discovered that the branch was closed. No reason why, just because. No note on the door as to why. No referral to the closest "open" branch; just closed.

I when to make a payment and I ask the person her name is soha. I would like to make a payment. I repeat to her 3 times what it's my payment she continues to Ask me how you going to pay. Without checking my account. She didn't respond or give me a answer. I won't recommend this location of bank of America to anyone else family and friends. By the way I switch with the other person to make my full amount payment in cash I won't come back to this location never. Thanks Michelle helping me with my payment.

This Bank of America has very nice employees. Sanj, is an outstanding manger, who overlooks everything, to make sure all details are in order and correct. Cameron was really nice and welcoming. However, the BofA operator said he was suppose to help me with the online and app. They promised me that the vault door, which was open, would normally be closed as well.

I personally don't like Bofa. However, I need to have an account here for circumstances. Banker's name is Sanj who assisted me. He was able to help me very much. Only reason for the 5 stars is him... Highly recommend asking for him if your going to open an account or have any questions!!!
