Unreal !!!!!!this is an ongoing issue every time I step foot in this branch. Always a huge line with no tellers.

Stay far away. Worst customer service. I came for a drop in and they would not assist me. There was only one person working and I told them how my situation was an emergency, there was no one else present here, and they had 10 minutes to spare before their next appointment and they could not assist me. They brushed me off. Never again. I will stay far away from here.

Worst bank ever! Called the 800 number to close one of my accounts, spent 1/2 hour on the phone with a representative only for them to say "for some reason we're having trouble closing your account and you will have to go into the bank to have it closed" So I went to the B of A branch in Newbury Park, waited in line for 20 minutes because their was no employees available except behind the glass counter, when it was my turn I explained why I was there, the bank teller said she couldn't close my account and I'll have to speak with another bank representative but unfortunately no one was available to help me today! I made an appointment for the very next day but when I arrived I had to wait again because the person I was meeting with was late coming into the branch. I waited 15 min for him to arrive! I was so miffed I had him close ALL my accounts! A major bank like B of A should no better and not treat customers like they simply don't care.

Very BAD customer service. I waited for 20 minutes in line because they had only 2 rep. at the window but the lady decided to take lunch even though there is a long line. When I got to the window and try to exchange foreign currency, the guy told me he doesn't do currency exchange and I will have to wait for the other lady to come back from lunch and she just left while I was in line.

Such poor customer service! There is a line of customers meandering throughout the lobby, with a handful of staff behind the counter not stepping in to help. Once I finally get to the counter I am told that they cannot help with my simple little matter and that I must call the 800 number. So next I get to spend another 45 minutes on hold, because of what the recording describes as "unusually high call volume", before an agent finally picks up and completes the matter in all of 2 minutes. Ridiculous!

I deposit over 600,000 a year into this B OF A branch. Everyone in here is rude. Kelly just sits there with a stupid look on her face when you ask her a question. Taking my business elsewhere.

My wife has been trying to handle her mother's banking needs at this branch for awhile now. Every time she goes in there to fix a problem, she gets the run around. Several employees have been rude to her on many occasions. They have given her the wrong information which caused a serious waste of time. They refused to deposit a valid check into a trust which was made out to the trust. I also had many problems there years ago when I had an account there and ended up closing all my accounts. My wife will be doing the same with her mother's account as soon as it's feasible. Basically, don't go there if you don't like rude and snarky people.

Nice branch, nice people. But just another b******* answer over why so many BofA branches are closed...staffing shortages. What? Do all your tellers/employees have covid? If not, why are they so afraid to come to work? Also, why does BofA have limits on how many checks you can cash? Excuse: Too much time spent w/teller. B******* answer. Perhaps you're hoarding your cash? BTW, I haven't noticed Wells Fargo or Chase have closed any branches in this area. Why you, BofA? I'd think about your level of service if I were you.

So, BofA is the bank of choice for EDD. For those of us displaced during Covid, we've met BofA if we've not before. I was told not to take my bank card into the teller but to use the ATM Outside. Thanks. When a persons outta work, they need more social interaction - not less. NVMD. not a bank that warmed me upto them... Most people stick with their bank forever. Maybe that's part of the problem...

So I go into this BoA twenty minutes before they close, and there's a line out the door. Not their fault. But then when I get inside several doors that say masks are required, this very old man says he refuses to wear a mask because "he's protesting". I went up to an employee after they had provided him with one to inform her that he still isn't wearing one. When they confronted him and he said he was protesting, I was sure they'd kick him out. Instead, they said "Okay we'll try and get you through as fast as possible." Isn't the federal law more important than his comfort? Isn't the discomfort of several people inside more important than his "protest" of scientific fact? I was really turned off and will not be returning to this branch ever again. Wear a mask. It's disgusting not to, and people who refuse should be refused service. You think I want to wear it? No, but I do to make other people safe.

Terrible. Waited in line for 20 minutes! One teller and all employees walking around. Time to find a new bank.

Came in as a NEW customer to open a NEW account and was pretty much ignored. Front desk girl told me it would be less than 5 minutes to see someone. Ended up sitting there for 30 minutes before she came up to tell me it would be 5 more minutes. Obviously I walked out and they lost an account. Apparently they don't need any new accounts.

I encountered myself and husband with Sebeta. Wow, what a terrible service. I just joined accounts with my Husband to this Bank and I started having some issues. So we both go to try and fix the problem, Sebeta was just so terrible! After we mentioned our concerns to her, all she would do is roll her eyes and laugh. Then, we just got the feeling that she was rushing us out of there when we made an appointment from the beginning. I can't not stress enough how frustrated I was talking to this lady. She was just horrible.. I am NEVER coming here again. So much for first impression.

When I first started coming here, I thought I was maybe just picking a "rush hour" time to come because the line was always long. But now that I've been coming for some time, I realize that it is just a poorly managed bank. I've been to other B of As and not had this experience. They typically only have one window open with a line 15 people deep. As you can imagine, this can take over an hour. Who he time for that? Very disappointing and frustrating. There seems to be tons of bankers roaming around causally, but no one lends a hand to the poor teller. Meanwhile customers get frustrated and leave. A good manager would staff the bank with several tellers.

This place never has enough tellers. Right now line is 24 deep with 2 tellers. Typical as they don't care how long you have to wait
