The repair shop was fantastic, and Sean specifically as an employee who assisted me was great to work with. I got my car back in a reasonable amount of time, it was in great shape after the repair externally and they even washed and detailed the car when I picked it up as well! I would give them 5 out of 5 stars. And will use them in the future when needed!

This place is terrible. The owner is extremely rude and entitled. They do terrible work. Never answer the phone or call back. I’m amazed this place is even in business.

I was referred by Geico for repair to my Toyota Rav 4 after hitting an animal on the freeway. Had to get rental car for 4 days. They got paid right away from Insurance Company. Within a month the bumper was coming off and the panels underneath were loose. I contacted insurance company and they once again referred me back to B&B Auto to fix the bumper again. Had to get rental car again and they were paid again by insurance company. Should have known better than to give them another try. FAILURE This time the bumper fell off immediately. I was assured it would be fixed. New owners and they refused to fix my bumper. The most unprofessional company that I have ever had to deal with. Worst experience both times and the work they did is a ZERO!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY THEY DO POOR WORK

Took my wife's car in for a fender out of place and within 10 minutes Jesus and his crew had it fixed. They do great work and very reasonabl. I would recommend them for any auto body repairs or wor.

I have been using this auto body shop for over 15 years. I have always been given a great price and the customer service has there is really good as well. Louise and Michael are the owners and they always go above and beyond what should be expected. They repainted my wife's 2014 Altima hood this week and gave me a great deal, and surprised me when we came to pick up the car by painting the two front fenders at no additional cost. I will continue to bring my cars to them and would highly recommend them to anyone.Thank you Louise for a great paint jog.Sincerely, Jay Schwartz

Sent my son in to get repair estimate for a single car collision (his fault obviously). Had him check the price for full repair (back to new) vs using current parts and living with his scratches. They gave the full repair estimate and then showed him how he can easily fix himself. How honest is that. Thank you. Appreciate the honesty and helping a young driver out. Definitely recommend this business!

Our car was hit while parked and suffered major damage. B&B handled everything for us, communication was top notch and service was above and beyond. Awesome!! Louise and Mike made us feel like family and we will definitely be back anytime we need repairs.

Louise got the approval from insurance to do the repairs and failed to execute. A week went by with no action from her part. She said she never got the email from insurance with approval (LIES). I got the same email and she was copied. We verified her email address and there was nothing wrong with it since it was the same email address used when she submitted the quote. I went to pick up my car since she was already being rude and she invoiced me $2,500 to get it out. I had to settle and paid her $1,500 for submitting a quote to the insurance and holding my car with NO repairs completed. I just wanted OUT of there due to her bad behavior. Sean, the Manager, was always kind and friendly. Louise was completely absurd. See other comments that addresses her attitude and behavior when she fails to perform and wants to blame her lack of professionalism on others. "The owner Louise has been nothing but rude, aggressive, not professional, condescending, and illogical. I am one of the least confrontational human beings on this planet yet have had several heated conversations that escalated to a point of super strong frustration. I advise if you're looking for an all around good experience and to leave happy DO NOT use this body shop"

I had a great experience. Even though the suppliers had their supply chain issues they were greaton getting it done. And the paint job looks great you can't even tell it was hit!

Yelp Review: I am not one to complain about anything so for me to take time out of my day to sit and write this extensive review really says something. I just think that people who are wanting to find a good body shop should highly reconsider using B&B. I use Yelp to read reviews of places to visit, places to go eat, etc. Yelp is where I found this body shop and based off the reviews which were nothing but people saying how great their experience was was the reason I went ahead and did business with them. Let me just say one of my biggest mistakes. My car has been in and out of that shop since December 21, 2021 until the end of March 2022 due to imperfections of paint, wrong color match on the whole entire back end of my car, overspray inside and outside of the car, missing parts, and misassembled parts. Keep in mind we are now in April and my car is still not right. The owner said because insurance "signed off" on the work that she won't touch my car although the website and paperwork state they guarantee their work which you will see below photos that the paint doesn't match. Anybody who's car that is would want it done and done right.. especially when the body shop is charging big time money.. having your car fixed and looking the way it did before an auto accident isn't asking much. When your car has been in the shop for 3 months and you've maintained nothing but respectful and understanding and you get treated so poorly by a business owner would make anybody upset.. Any time I addressed these issues the employees were jumping through hoops to want to help and fix it. That's when the owner Louise decided to step in and avoid the situation and dismiss my concerns. The employees that work there have been nothing short than sweet and helpful. The owner Louise has been nothing but rude, aggressive, not professional, condescending, and illogical. I am one of the least confrontational human beings on this planet yet have had several heated conversations that escalated to a point of super strong frustration. I advise if you're looking for an all around good experience and to leave happy DO NOT use this body shop.

This place is amazing and has been around for 45+ years and there is a reason why. Louise, the owner is a doll. I went in to get an estimate to replace my bumper. Instead of charging me 2-3k for a replacement, within 30 minutes she was able to pop out the bumper a bit and it looks great. This was the 4th place I went to get an estimate, and no one else came up with a simple cost effective solution like Louise did. I definitely recommend anyone that needs body work to go check them out. You will not regret it!

Someone backed into my parked car and destroyed the bumper and many other parts with a trailer hitch. Took it to B&B on a recommendation. They finished quicker than they estimated and came in exactly at the quoted price. When I got my car back, it actually looked better than when I had brought it in. 10/10!
