I want to express my appreciation for Misha at the Thousand Oaks location in The Oaks mall. She was so sweet and helpful - she helped me remember and find a product I used years ago and could only remember the scent, not the name. She figured it out!! She’s great and I’ll be back soon. Excellent experience!

The people there are so nice and accommodating. It is a clean store filled with good products. The environment is very mellow. And the wellness treatment was very relaxing!
