Wes is extremely unprofessional and acted like a man child and didn’t even do a single thing to help and just looked at us as if we were stupid and I asked to call over the manager and he said “i don’t know can i” literally no professionalism at all

The manager Brad G stopped in the middle of his break to not only help me find windshield wipers but he installed them for me as well! That’s the kind of customer service that makes me feel valued as a customer. Definitely made a lifetime Autozone customer out of me today! Thank you again Brad!

Came in around 8:30 almost closing with a dead battery. Had to get it replaced and a guy named Gabe sanders help me out. He was. A very helpful, cool guy; his work was much appreciated.

I had such a great experience at auto-zone today! The staff was super friendly and answered any questions I had! Brad went out of his way to help me with my car and gave great advice for my car repairs! Thankful for their help!

I just wanted to say what awesome service Justice provided. I purchased replacement windshield wipers. The sales person (sorry i did not get his name-he was very nice and helpful as well) apologized that I would have to wait until the other staff member came back from lunch as he was alone. Justice must have been leaving after finishing his shift I am not sure - but he over heard and offered to install them for me so I didn't have to wait. The topper is that it was raining. The wipers were a bit stuck and I apologized that I asked him to do this in the rain and he said no worries "it's my job". Thank you so much Justice for your great customer service.

Love this store. They've always got whatever I need, either in stock or available fast online. I had to replace a far too old battery today and swung by. Carter double-checked the one I'd picked out and got Wes to help me with the install. I normally do this stuff myself and had prepared to, but these guys know their stuff and the install went faster than if I had done it alone, plus Wes gave me some really good tips for battery install and maintenance. They're never condescending and they don't try to upsell you- you just get expert help from people who do this stuff every day. Love this shop, even if sometimes I'd rather not have to go there.

Conveniently located with good parking. My favorite auto parts store in town because the staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and don't make me feel dumb when I go in there. I'm not a big "car" person but I try to at least keep my oil topped and replace windshield wipers.
