Wow, After 30 + years of doing occasional business with this company, our last experience was sooo excellent that I had to take the time to write a review. Mike Masters, owner, and his team have always been top notch. When we needed considerable high quality glass for a custom master bath shower, Mike again delivered. He came out not once, but twice two confer and measure. It was accurate the first time, but our contractor had some alternatives to consider. Mike's experience was so helpful right down to the special coating treatment to protect the glass and lesson the maintenance. Again, his words made a difference. My wife and I are thrilled with the results and thanks to Mike's son, matt, the installation was equally top notch. Thanks so much from people who admire your fair pricing, exceptional service, patience, and products.

I had Arrow Glass come over to help replace a shattered double pane low-E glass window. The delivery time was quick. The pricing was fair and Matt did an excellent job. The window looks brand new. He also cleaned up the area. Very professional and highly recommend this company

Mike and team did an amazing job on our shower door glass! We also had them help with a piece of glass for a refrigerator shelf and a window glass replacement! They are quick, reasonably priced and super nice. Love supporting a small family business!

My dads home was broken in to the glass door shattered ! He's 90 Very unsettling I called Mike at Arrow glass based on State Farm suggestion Wow he had me send pictures gave preliminary estimate came over a couple hours after the first call measured confirm estimate (it was less) Ordered the glass said about 4 days ! Mike called this morning said I got the glass less the 24 hours He came installed the new glass assisted with glass removal cleaned everything We had the new glass in the door in about an hour ! I am so grateful for his kindness professionalism and being aware of the major rain approaching and need for a prompt resolution My dad is safe warm We are so grateful to Mike and Matt from Arrow glass my sincere thanks and appreciation! I needed a custom piece of glass cut to size for a table and I was able to do it all over the phone and then just pick it up. It was ready pretty quickly and the people were extremely nice. Once I got there their show room showed a lot of different types of glass and styles trying to no idea there were so many types.

I had Mike Masters provide estimates to replace a cracked mirrored closet door and a fogged dual pane slider panel. Mike noticed the warranty sticker on the slider and asked if I checked if it was covered under warranty. The windows were installed around 12 years ago and I never considered they might still be under warranty. I investigated and discovered I had a lifetime warranty and got it replaced at no cost. I did get the closet door replaced by Arrow Glass and would call them when I have any other glass work to be done. Their ethics represent the epitome of customer service, where they will give up the opportunity to profit in order to serve their customers.

Needed 2 pieces of thick glass shelving for a large China cabinet. The staff there at Arrow, helped take a phone order and promised my shelves would be in a week. They arrived in 3 days and were a perfect fit. The shelves were expensive (they are 1/2" thick), but are exact replacements to what my 6 year old broke. You did an awesome job Arrow glass! You have saved the day.
