Honestly I don’t even write poor reviews as an avid shopper ,but I have neverrrr experienced the racism I felt leaving Anthropologie today , the heavy set blonde I believe her name is SHELBY - had the worst attitude towards me , meanwhile the customer before me she literally was telling a life story too and had me wait 15 minutes to even get to the register. As soon as I get to the register her whole demeanor changed, she gave me a nasty attitude and refused to help me after I gave her the wrong receipt at first .. then told me that the ANTHRO PERKS was useless they only can do transactions with physical receipts. The actual manager seen my frustration and tried to assure me SHELBY was great on the computer and I had to let her know that I’m not a computer I’m a customer and she has to deal with real people not just punching numbers or scanning stuff, if she does not want to help or assist human customers then she needs to work in IT or tech but this is not the place … I’m still shaking from how aggressive and rude SHELBY was towards me .. if you see her please give her a piece of your Mind and I’m talking to my community * RACISM IS DEAD 2024 ! Im sorry I decided to even check the store out ! But corporate will also be hearing from me.

I love shopping at this Anthropologie location because the store is always clean, well stocked, gorgeous and the sale section is really big. All of the employees at this location have been excellent to me but I chose to write a review because one team member named Holly really went above and beyond for me today in pulling together an order and I very much appreciate her dedication and kindness. Thank you Holly!

Accompanied wifey to buy a "boho dress" (learned this is a fashion term for "Bohemian") for an upcoming pool party. The store is very well organized and not cluttered, which I appreciated - they even had a nice seating area where I could sit and wait while wifey went through a few dresses. Luckily she found one. Sales ladies were mature and professional - no college kids - and we got out of there pretty quickly. They also had home goods and in general, decent quality and attractive merchandise. Wifey's dress turned out to be Indian, which delighted her to no end, since she's going in that direction ever since our India trip. Recommended!
