I’ve used multiple lenders over the years with varied experiences. Anchor Loans is far and away the best lender I have ever worked with; they perform with utmost professionalism, always communicating promptly. I only wish I had discovered Anchor sooner. Avoid this lender as you would try to avoid hell. Their fees are extremely high to the point where it is so obviously a scam. If you need to extend the loan, they try to make it sooo expensive that you rather walk away and take the lost on your investment unless you have deeep pockets! Their unprofessionalism and horrific customer service is the least of your problems. I would tolerate that over the scam fees! The state should look into them.

This company is amazing! Lauren is the best account rep I have seen so far! Lauren in her team ALWAYS responds and to me thats 90% of good service! They are friendly and lightning fast! I submitted a deal on a Tuesday and closed it Monday of the next week! So, 6 days! Wow! Good job Lauren and team! Keep up the great work! You guys are amazing1 give yourself a pat on the back!
