We needed our washer repaired (drum flywheel locking issue) after being away on vacation. AMPM Appliance sent Gary over the same day we called. He was prompt, professional, and had us up and running within an hour and a half. These guys set the bar for everyone else. Call them - you won't be disappointed.

We called late Sunday because our washing machine had issues. Gary called back within the hour and came to our house the next morning. He explained what was wrong and advised us on what to do next. He checked our dryer and found something that needed repair. Professional, responsive, and friendly.

This service was quick and efficient. Jason called me back immediately and was able to come out same day! Gary came over and fixed my dishwasher for a reasonable price. Will be using again for all appliance repairs.

Seraei did a great job fixing my power cable on my fridge. AMPM were responsive and able to answer all my questions before setting an appointment, and then were able to accommodate my schedule as well. The repair was quick and very professional. Highly recommend them for any appliance servicing.

Great experience with AMPM today. Jason was helpful and provided a technician who could provide same day service. I was alerted when Kevin was on his way. He addressed the issue I was having with my wine refrigerator and was incredibly honest with the best approach to repair it. He was thorough in explaining the issue and helped me in the most cost effective. Thank you Kevin for your candor and kindness. I highly recommend AMPM services and certainly call them again!

If I could give more stars I would. I called because my dang washing machine has been working on and off. Starting off, I would like to mention the communication was fantastic. Jason was quick to respond, gave me an accurate time frame on when Gary would be arriving, as well as a "he'll be there in 30 minutes" call. When Gary arrived he got straight to it, in the most respectful way. And I swear this guy has magic hands because the problem was fixed almost immediately. Even though it seemed to be all squared away right off the bat, he stayed to make sure it actually worked and would fully run a load. He went as far as reseting the machine, just incase, and gave me advice on not only that machine but another appliance that had been giving me issues. As a woman, it's hard to know who to trust and whether the steps are necessary that are being advised. I can say 100% without even a sliver of doubt. THIS IS A COMPANY ANYONE CAN TRUST. If I need anymore help I will be calling them straight away with no hesitation. On top of all this, talk about bang for your buck! The price made me feel like I was truly walking away with the deal of a century. 10/10

Kevin came and gave a quote to repair dishwasher but would not answer direct questions. He got angry and left! No idea what just happened!!Jason immediately called and offered to send another technician to offer a second opinion. I will write an update to this review after that happens.UPDATE:Gary arrived next day, as promised, on time. He answered all questions thoroughly and explained the problem with the dishwasher. I appreciated his expertise and time taken to communicate options available.

Our dishwasher would not disperse water and clean our dishes. I called and they charged $65 for a diagnosis fee. During their diagnosis they fixed the dishwasher. It turned out that a plate or something caused the float to be stuck in the open position. The technician was awesome. He listen to all the cycles and turned out the dishwasher worked fine. The float was pushed back down and water was able to run normally. The technician was very nice and professional. He made the appointment on time and called 25 minutes before arrival. He didn't charge anything additional. Just $65. I would highly recommend you give them a try. I like the fact that they were honest and didn't overcharge me. He said if we have any issues in the next 30 days to let them know and fee paid today will be applied to any future repairs if needed. I thought the service was valuable for the money we paid.

*Reposting from my experience with their Pasadena location :)The washer and dryer in our very small apartment complex has been in and out of service more times than I can remember over the last year. Our landlord lags to get our repair requests handled so as tenants, we decided to look for a local repairman ourselves when the washer recently started having issues/getting really loud. I was actually referred to this business by a friend and it was such a smooth transaction!Our repair ended up being an easy fix so the technician was in and out in less than an hour and we haven't had any issues since. :) The tech was friendly and showed up on time, I recommend them to anyone who is having appliance issues

I have been using AMPM Appliance Service for many years to maintain and service our Subzero refrigerator, plus Viking microwave and dishwasher. For most of those years I have had the same technician, Kevin, whenever we need our yearly service or an emergency repair. Kevin is very knowledgeable, remembers past issues and puts up with my load hound dog. I love the consistency of them sending Kevin instead of a different tech each time. Kevin has also given us valuable advice regarding repairs and saved us from spending unnecessary money. Lastly, AMPM is much more responsive than other companies I've previously used when we've had an emergency or just need service. This is a company you can trust.
