I have been using America's Tire for my cars for many years in a few different cities that I have lived in and I recently moved to Los Angeles and was very disappointed that there wasn't one around. I had a big chunk missing in my tire and took it to the location in Thousand Oaks. I was greeted by Sebastian who was very polite. America's Tire has a great warrenty program and they replaced my tire for a small amount $ and I was out the door shortly afterwards. Michael signed me out and he was also very nice. I'm so happy that its not too long of a drive from where I live in LA, because I will not take my car any other place. Thank you America's Tire for the great service!!!

I took my 12-year-old Kia in for a tire rotation, and they told me it's done free of charge. Wow! What's free these days?
I was in and out, with an appointment, in 15 minutes. Historically, I've only had great experiences with America's Tire. I'm taking my car here for any non-dealer service, and so should you.

We always have a great experience at America's Tire in Thousand Oaks, however they really went above and beyond this time. We were performing the final prep on our 30' travel trailer for a trip to the mountains (filling the water tanks, checking tire pressure, etc) when I discovered a big slash in the sidewall of one the trailer tires. It's a Saturday at 2:30pm, they close at 5pm and they aren't open Sundays. We leave Sunday morning. Delaying the trip a couple days would mean cancelling the trip and very disappointed grandchildren. A quick semi-panicked phone call and Erik assured us they have the tires in stock and can get the job done in time. The customer service and expedited job just reinforce why we only use America's Tire. We pull out on time today with ecstatic grandkids.

Some of the worst service I've ever had. This place has gone to trash. No one cares, everyone is lazy. Simple things that should be done aren't done. Came in due to my tire light coming on and was told there is nothing wrong and that if anything it's the sensors ( 2014 Honda civics don't have sensors in the tire), had to ask to put air in my tire and got the response ( yeah that guy put air in them) when that was not true at all. I don't know if there's a communication problem among the staff or what but it just seems like almost everyone is there against their will and they don't have any enthusiasm to help people and insure safety. Being told "If the light comes on again ask your boyfriend to clear the code with his scanner" is something I don't want to hear from a tire shop that is supposed to take care of their customers and feel safe. At the end of the day I waited 2 hours for a 10 minute job, had to ask to top off tires on air, was told they can't do a service that I had done at a different location same day. You used to feel safe leaving this shop but now to feel safe I would go to a different location if you want people to actually care and show interest in helping you with common issues you have.

Not the cheapest but they have a good inventory of tires. Worth the extra money for a better riding tire. Went with a medium tier tire and would recommend that option instead of going with the entry level tires.

Eddie is a fantastic employee and service advisor at Americas Tire. He walked me through several options to get my wheels and tires replaced and reamined calm and professional while I voiced any concern I had. It was a big purchase for me so I had several questions before commiting to a specific set of wheels and tires. He remained enthusiastic to help until I was completely satisfied with my purchase which shows nothing but exemplary care and customer satisfaction. The other advisors should follow in his lead and he definitely deserves recognition from management. Thank you Eddie!

Made appointment for rotation of my tires that I bought from here. 1 hour wait, not acceptable for an appointment. They do have great selection and decent prices though. I'd give the store 4.5 and the service a 2.
