I have dealt with American Collision Centers here in Thousand Oaks on several occasions and have always been happy with their work. They are straightforward, dealt directly with the insurance companies (on most occasions) And I will definitely use and refer to them again.

We took my daughters car to get a few estimates and this shop was the most reasonable so we decided to leave it to be repaired. It only took 4 days to fix and we got it back looking like new, cleaned and vacuumed. What a nice bonus. Customer service was outstanding too. We were very satisfied and happy customers! I would highly recommend!

Sam and his team go above and beyond to take care of their customers. During the entire repair process Sam kept in touch with me and made sure Everything went well. The entire staff is customer oriented. I took my car in for something else up that was discovered while the body work was being done and they handled that well and reasonably priced. So, if your car runs into a grocery cart, a grocery cart runs into you or you collide with something bigger, or, you just want to get rid of those dings and dents that happen over time this is the place to go you can trust them they're reasonable and responsible.

I brought my car in for some body work after an accident, the customer service was very high quality and the staff was courteous and kind. My car looked brand new after their repairs and it was done very quickly too! Sam and Leticia were wonderful, kind, and very knowledgeable in their field. Even when my car had some engine troubles, they were more than happy to come out and take a look, fixing the issue! That was some amazing service! I definitely reccomend this place for any mechanical maintenance or touch ups!Service: Body & Trim

Last month I had some bad luck with my 2019 Subaru Outback. I was the victim of vandalism to the tune of over $5k. I initially came here to American Collision Center because of the great reviews on Yelp. And then when I told my Farmer's Insurance where I wanted to go, they told me that this place was on their list of approved body shops as well. Win win! From start to finish Sam and Leticia made the whole process smooth. It really was a pleasure working with them. I also got to meet a few of the people who work on the vehicles and they were really great guys. My car turned out fantastic and I'm very happy with the results! Another reviewer mentioned the little jar of touch up paint that Sam gave them when they picked up their vehicle...I got one as well! Love it! I will definitely come here again if I ever need body work and I will be referring them to others. Thanks for everything!

The very best and on-time delivery as Sam quoted. Extreme attention to detail and Sam insured walking around it and pointing out any little things that need to be rub down is taken care of before I left. I will not go anywhere else in the future and highly recommend this to all who need reliable, timely and excellent work. 10 plus Stars.

Great experience with a body shop. Leticia and Sam are wonderful, helpful, and patient. I don't have phone service at my house which was not a problem because they were more than happy to communicate via email. They were organized, got the job done fast, and most importantly gave me my car back cleaner than it was dropped off as! Also easy to work with them with insurances too if that is needed!

Sam and Leticia are amazing!! I was in my first accident, which was incredibly nerve wracking, and stressful. I couldn't have had a better experience with American Collision Centers, Sam took excellent care of me and my car. The paint matching, body work, and repairs were top notch, I couldn't have asked for a better fix. Thank you so much for everything!!!!
