Why does grocery shopping have to be so difficult. I don't want to scam my Amazon code from my phone in order to grocery shop. If I wanted to do that, I'd shop at Costco. It took 45 minutes to check out. Because the elderly woman I was with didn't have the Amazon app on her phone. Rediculous!!! The shelves are half bare, and the prices aren't that spectacular. Just go to Vons or Ralphs and save yourself the headache!!

The in and out Scan process is gone. You now have to check out like other stores. For those who do not want to wait for people writing checks, counting cash or arguing about prices it's back to the same ol same ol. Not worth going to as a time saver anymore.

I was at the store close to 7pm and walked to the pizza area to get a pizza. No one is there & after ringing the bell a few times this woman (Daniela) walks toward the area asking what I need! I replied "I want to order a pizza." She says "order a pizza?!" , like it's a bizarre matter! And I asked her exactly that! To which she says " yes! It's too late!"!! There are warm pizza on the counter beside the fact that I have been there before and they are open to 8pm!!! I asked for a supervisor for she was completely out of line, rude & clearly unfit for a simple service. This was the best part! She walked away saying " go get him yourself if you want a supervisor."!!!!!!!!
I found the sup, Jass, who was very nice but looked like that the woman had no respect for him the way she started to lie about the whole thing and then left!! There was even a whole hot pizza there on the table that she could simply offer without any of this to happen!!! Exactly what Jass did!
I'm following up about this person with Amazon but they are horrible in that department as well. I'm now waiting for a response from a couple of people I finally got to talk to about this Daniela and her bizarre behavior in such a service business.

What is the point of automation if they have to make a bunch of substitutions? We ordered Italian seasoning and they tried to sub carraway seeds. Um what?? No obviously not. Went in the store and they had other brands Italian seasoning. Ffs

Very rude check out guy with glasses and red hair. Very weird vibe here. It was over an hour before closing and acted like it was an inconvenience we were there.

Everyone is so helpful from the moment you walk in. The greeters are always a great help with explaining the weekly specials. I take my little one and they always offer her fresh fruit for her to eat. The prices are great, especially if you are a prime member. Their kitchen also always has a wonderful variety of delicious food !

Joe L the cashier is the best!!! He It’s so friendly and does a great job very quick service. He is knowledgeable as well about the deals at Amazon offers. As a Prime member, I appreciate that.

Have tried to order pizza! Can't find a simple phone number! Then, an 800 number comes up on every possible place I looked! I called 4 times and talked to 4 people in India! None of them understands what I am trying to find out: the phone number to the store to order pizza!!!! Then Bezos gets rich and goes to space???!!! What a ridiculous system at this time of worldwide connections!!! Funnier than that is at the store!!! Every employee has a different "info"!!! The young girl at pizza center says they are closed and ots 7:16 pm!!! Some young guy walks from the other side and says something we can't understand! We go closer and realize that he works there and says that they are open!!! And they have one pizza left!!! ?????

A relatively clean/new facility - - and often empty of customers. Few if any of their vaunted Smart-Shopping-carts are offered here. Too bad that this location doesn't yet offer a Self-Checkout option ?

The Amazon Fresh in Westlake Village (the Promenade) is the WORST!! Probably the SLOWEST checkout lanes and the most ignorant checkers. None of them know how to count and make change. Why not hire people who know how to count and make change. Will never shop here again at this location. No wonder it only has 2 to 4 customers at a time.
